The second call of 2236 Co-Funded Brain Circulation Scheme2 has been opened under the contract with the Executive Agency of the European Commission.
The aim of CoCirculation2 program is to invite Experienced Researchers of any nationality to both academic and non-academic research performing organizations located in Turkey, to enhance the career development of Experienced Researchers wishing to diversify their individual competence through advanced training, international and intersectoral mobility opportunities through incoming mobility into Turkey within the scope of 2023 targets of our country.
Researchers can apply to carry on their project at a university or industrial institution / organization in Turkey. Refugees and applicants proposing a non academic as main host organization in their proposal can apply to this program according to flexible mobility rule. Fellows may propose secondment to academic or non academic institutions either in or out of Turkey up to 6 months. In addition, additional support will be provided for the special needs of disabled researchers.
The total budget of the program is approximately EUR 14 million, of which 45% will be financed by the European Commission. Each of the researchers to be supported will receive a monthly gross salary of 5050 Euros and a budget of 800 Euros for research, training and networking, as well as 130 Euros per month for the host institution.
