3.1. Application Conditions
3.1.1. Being a high school or undergraduate student abroad (except for those covered by articles 3.1.2.3 or 3.1.2.4)
3.1.2. Meeting one of the following conditions:
3.1.2.1. Being supported within the scope of 2248 - Mentorship Program in the period of application,
3.1.2.2. To be among the top 25,000 in the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) according to the placement score ranking and to meet one of the sub-criteria;
For applications to be made for the call that will conclude on 14 February 2022, the relevant section of the technology readiness level (THS) question set below must be filled in and uploaded to the application system.
In order to apply online, you can log in to http://ardeb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr with your ARBIS information. If you do not have an ARBIS account, you can create one by going to http://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr.

The "High Technology Platforms Call" was opened on 29 June 2018 within the scope of the 1004 Program and the applications ended on 28 September 2018.
WARNING: The current "Application Form and Annexes (Annex-1 References, Annex-2 Budget and Justification)" for the program you will apply for must be filled and uploaded to the electronic application system.
There is no time limit for applications. Applications can be made throughout the year.
