Projects found suitable in the pre-evaluation process will proceed to the evaluation. External evaluator will be appointed from academia, private sector, public institutions, and non-governmental organizations for the peer review process. Evaluations will be conducted through on-site visits. Additionally, experts may be assigned to assess the environmental and social impact of the projects.
Project proposals are evaluated according to the following three dimensions:
I. Aspect: Industrial R&D Content, Technology Level, Innovativeness
