Call applications will be evaluated by the panel method according to the criteria below.
1. Technological and / or technical competence of the project
2. Feasibility of the Project
3. Impact of the Project

The project proposals are evaluated by external evaluators.
Evaluation criteria are specified in call announcements.
Projects are monitored and supported by the view of the auditor (s) every six months. In the last period of the project, the project result report is submitted by the organization.

Project applications made to the support program are evaluated only electronically via the online application (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System -PRODÄ°S) at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.
The projects are reported to TÃœBÄ°TAK after they are evaluated and evaluated by referees who are experts in their subjects. Based on the evaluation reports, the projects are evaluated by the relevant technology group executive committee and the final decision is made.
