In the project application process;

  • The project coordinator, researcher, consultant and assistant personnel are obliged to be registered in the TÜBİTAK - Researcher Information System (ARBIS) Database and their records must be up-to-date.,
  • People in the project cannot have projects with the same/similar content which are in the status of proposal/in effect/concluded,
  • If the limits for taking part in projects are exceeded, they cannot be assigned as PI, researcher or consultant.
  • Those who receive a scholarship from any project supported by TÜBİTAK are not assigned as a scholarship student (under the scope of TÜBİTAK Scientist Support Programs, those who receive scholarships can take part in the project team as a scholarship student, provided that they do not receive a scholarship from the project),
  • Submitting the Institutional R&D Capability Self-Assessment Report in every project application of private sector organizations and when public R&D Units apply to the 1007 Program for the first time,
  • An organization that submits a project as PYÖK for any call topic does not take place as PYÖK or PYK in another project submitted to the same call topic,
  • An organization that will take part in the project as Project Manager Organization (PYÖK) or Project Executive Organization (PYK) must be responsible for at least one R&D qualified work package,
  • As of the project application date, the average working time of the staff of the project coordinating organizations in that organization must be 12 (twelve) months,
  • Project applications must be in accordance with the special conditions specified in the call document,
  • The project must not aim at building infrastructure,
  • Project applications must be submitted in accordance with the legislation of the 1007 Program and by filling out the application forms (including the annexes) completely,
  • All subject headings in the application form must be filled in completely and contain sufficient information to evaluate the project,
  • Project Cover Page and Acceptance and Commitment Statements Pages  must be sent as hard copies,
  • The textual expressions in the project should not be copied or quoted without permission from the projects previously submitted to our Institution (including the completed/ongoing projects),
  • The documents that need to be sent both electronically and in hard copy should be delivered to TÜBİTAK in full and by the specified date,
  • On the Acceptance and Commitment Statements Pages; the signatures of the project manager/executive agent, the proposing institution official must be completed,
  • If the application is made from the TÜBİTAK Institute, the approval letter of the TÜBİTAK President must be attached to the application.
