The scientific meetings will be supported for the purpose of development of cooperation in the fields of science, technology and innovation, joint research projects and establishing sustainable partnerships within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements signed by Turkey with various countries for the establishment of the domestic organized congresses, conferences, symposiums, workshops, seminars, panels, colloquia type (including online forum).
The scientific meetings will be supported for the purpose of development of cooperation in the fields of science, technology and innovation, joint research projects and establishing sustainable partnerships within the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements signed by Turkey with various countries for the establishment of the domestic organized congresses, conferences, symposiums, workshops, seminars, panels, colloquia type (including online forum).
Meetings should be for a call opened for Turkey's priority countries / regions and/ areas in the framework of bilateral cooperation agreements signed with several countries, and should include an objective to improve scientific cooperation,
The support application for the meeting to be organized must be made by the meeting coordinator,
The organizing board of the meeting must consist of scientists registered in the ARBIS database (ARBIS membership of foreigners living abroad is not required),
The meeting coordinator must be a member of the meeting organizing board, residing in the country, working in a university / education and research hospital / research institute, competent in the activity (The meeting coordinator should be completed her/his doctorate education or at least 10 years of professional experience),
By the scope of program, the participants who is working in Turkey or the countries announced in the call text will be supported.
Participants from Turkey to be supported must be an employee of public institutions / organizations and / or universities / research organizations,
Not being dismissed from the profession, public service or from the organization of the relevant institutions directly or within the framework of the procedures stipulated in the Decree Laws enacted under the state of emergency,
The number of participants of the meeting for which support is requested must be minimum of 30 people.
To have a unique and up-to-date web page with information about the meeting to be organized, (The subject, purpose, scope, place and date of the meeting should be clearly stated on the website with the members of the organizing board and scientific committee. Announcements are not accepted as the original website. The website with the specified contents of the meeting for which support is requested must be completed and active as of the closing date of the relevant application period. Regulations after this date will not be considered.),
There must be a minimum of 45 and a maximum of 270 days between the starting date of the meeting and the deadline for the application period. (Applications made after the event has been organized will not be accepted.)
