Within the scope of the 1004 Programme, the third call has been opened for the purpose of creating high technology platforms where the research infrastructures of higher education institutions can transfer the products/technologies they have developed in cooperation with private sector R&D/Design centers and public R&D units to the private sector.
By becoming a party to the Paris Agreement and announcing our country's net zero emission target, Turkey has taken an important step towards green transformation and green growth. In line with our country's 2053 net zero emission target and green development policy, in 5 main themes "Climate Change, Environment and Biodiversity", "Clean and Circular Economy", "Clean, Accessible and Safe Energy Supply", "Green and Sustainable Agriculture", "Sustainable Smart Transportation" Studies have been carried out to produce groundbreaking R&D and innovation-based solutions.
The call focuses on priority R&D and innovation issues regarding combating and adapting to climate change in line with our country's 2053 net zero emission target and compliance with the European Green Deal.
Research universities, infrastructures qualified within the scope of Law No. 6550, and Centers and Institutes affiliated with TÜBİTAK will be able to apply for the call with the high technology platforms they will establish.
Research programmes to be created within the scope of the call will be supported in a single phase. Up to 150 million TL budget will be supported for the research programmes to be supported.
In accordance with these purposes, 1004 - Center of Excellence Support Programme "High Technology Platforms - Green Transformation Call" was opened on February 26, 2024. The deadline for completing the online application and e-signature process is 17 May 2024 at 23:59.
