2247 - C STAR-Intern Researcher Scholarship Program (STAR) aims to encourage high school students, undergraduate students and teachers to acquire an R&D culture, to do research and take the first step into the research ecosystem.
STAR Program gives support for high school students, undergraduate students and teachers who will be scholar at projects, which are funded by TUBİTAK, conducted in TUBITAK Institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council Of Higher Education (YOK).
In 2024, applications are received from high school and undergraduate students and teachers within the scope of the following calls.

- Call for Undergraduate Students
- Call For Teachers
Accordingly, applications for STAR program will be received in 3 stages. STAR program 2024 call application calendar is as follows.

- Within the scope of the first phase, STAR Project Manager Call Announcement (2024), requests were received by project managers between March 27, 2024- April,15 2024.
- In the second phase, high school and undergraduate students and teachers could be apply to take part in projects in first phase between April, 22 2024 (11:59 p.m) – May 6, 2024 (5:30 p.m.) via BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (https://ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr/giris.htm).
