2247 - C STAR-Intern Researcher Scholarship Program (STAR) aims to encourage high school students, undergraduate students and teachers to acquire an R&D culture, to do research and take the first step into the research ecosystem.
STAR Program 2024 call is open for project managers who can request scholars and teachers for their
projects which are funded by TUBİTAK, conducted in TUBITAK Institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council Of Higher Education (YOK).
Within the scope of the STAR 2024 Call, project managers will be able to request to scholars to take part in their projects in the following categories.
- High School Students
- Undergraduate Students
- Teachers
Accordingly, applications for STAR program will be received in 3 stages. STAR program 2024 call application calendar is as follows.

The first stage of call is covering the dates of March, 27 2024 (3.30 p.m.) – April, 15 2024 (5.30 p.m). Project managers can make their applications via BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (https://ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr/giris.htm )
