In order to prevent budget constraints in phases other than the scholarship section of the project due to the recent update, as of January 1, 2024, in applications made or to be made, scholarship limits set before January 1, 2024, can be used. The opportunity to request a scholarship allowance using past scholarship limits will be applicable for the 1001 program in the 2024-1st term and ongoing open support programs in applications made or to be made as of January 1, 2024.
Thus, in case your proposed project is supported without exceeding the relevant ARDEB support program upper limits, the proposed scholarship allowances will be calculated based on the updated new scholarship limits. Budgets will be prepared accordingly by defining additional budget to project contracts, regardless of the project support upper limit.
