Starting from February 14, 2024, the "Western Balkans" call under the Eureka Network Projects, a significant support mechanism of Eureka, will commence, involving Albania, Austria, France, Hungary, Montenegro, Serbia, and our country. Projects with substantial potential for commercialization, aiming to develop market-oriented products, processes, and services in alignment with Eureka's objectives, will receive support within this call.
For participation in this call, the consortium must include at least one partner from the specified Western Balkan countries. Additionally, partners from other Eureka member countries or non-member countries may also participate, provided they secure public funds or self-financing within the project call deadlines.
This call imposes no restrictions regarding subjects or themes, offering an open opportunity for innovative project proposals.
Stage 1/International Application:
All partners are required to fill out the Eureka project application form online, which can be accessed on the call web page at (https://eureka.smartsimple.ie/s_Login.jsp). Subsequently, each application will undergo evaluation by the national Eureka offices of the countries included in this collaborative initiative. The evaluation process is expected to conclude by June, 2024, and projects deemed eligible will have the opportunity to proceed with national applications.
Stage 2/National Application:
Participants from Turkey are required to submit applications to the TÜBİTAK 1509-TÜBİTAK International Industrial R&D Projects Support Program, concurrently with the international application form available at (https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr/prodis.htm). To ensure alignment with the call schedule, it is imperative that the national application for the TÜBİTAK 1509 Program be finalized by July 3, 2024. Adhering to this deadline is crucial for participants seeking support within this program.
