The Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South (COMSATS) cordially invites scientists and researchers from member states to two significant physics events.
The first event, the International School on Physics & Allied Disciplines (ISPAD-2024), will be held in collaboration with the National Centre for Physics (NCP), Pakistan, and the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy, from March 4th to 8th, 2024, in Islamabad, Pakistan. This event, covering main topics such as High Energy Physics, Cosmology (HEPC), Condensed Matter Physics (CMP), and Artificial Intelligence for Physics (AIP), will feature various sessions and poster presentations related to selected topics. The second event is the American Physical Society's (APS) March Meeting. Scheduled from March 3rd to 8th, 2024, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, this meeting will gather 13,000 physicists and students worldwide. Additionally, remote sessions will be jointly organized on March 6th, 2024, in collaboration with the National Centre for Physics (NCP) in Islamabad, Pakistan. Details regarding these sessions can be accessed from the respective webpage. The sessions on March 6th will take place at NCP from 14:30 to 16:30 (GMT+3) and will be broadcasted online.
