TÜBİTAK Researcher Information System (ARBİS)

It is a web-based application designed and developed by TÜBİTAK in order to have a researcher database which can be constantly updated by users individually.

In ARBİS, which provides service with a Turkish and English interface, researchers from all over the world, especially those residing in Turkey, can register and update their information easily by accessing the website.

Researchers who register to ARBİS and keep their information up-to-date can benefit from various communication platforms such as Horizon 2020. Users will have fulfilled the first condition in order to take a role as staff and evaluator in TÜBİTAK projects. To enter to ARBİS:

ARDEB Project Tracking System (ARDEB-PTS)

Progress / Final Reports and requests of the projects carried out by ARDEB are made online via ARDEB-PTS as of 01 May 2012. To enter to PTS: http://ardeb-pts.tubitak.gov.tr

Panel Management System (PYS)

“The panel method” used in the evaluation of the project and scholarship applications which are made to our institution and the related process have been transferred to the electronic environment. The system called Panel Management System (PYS) was developed by a team formed in the Department of Information Technologies.

The system allows external users such as Panelists, Consultants, Moderators, who take part in the panel process, and internal users such as Panel Manager and Group Executive Board Coordinator to act according to their own roles. The aim of the system is to increase the performance of the panel process, which includes processes such as finding suitable panelists (evaluators), transfering application files to panelists, writing evaluation reports and scoring.

The feedback received from both internal and external users about the system, which was put into use on 06.04.2009, shows that the design purpose of the system is achieved. To enter to PYS: http://pys.tubitak.gov.tr

TÜBİTAK National Research Infrastructure Information System (TARABİS)

It is a web-based application designed and developed by TÜBİTAK in order to have a database of machine/system/device stock and R&D project accumulation used for research, experimental development, test/analysis and diagnostic studies in our country. TARABİS is designed as a dynamic system that allows the collection of machine/system/device stock and project accumulation information, the continuous updating of the collected data and the evaluation of these data for different purposes. Machine/system/device information entered in TARABİS by filling out the TÜBİTAK National Research Infrastructure Information Compilation Form at http://tarabis.tubitak.gov.tr can be inquired by those in need to the extent permitted by the Unit/Department managers. In product and technology development studies, it will provide an environment of cooperation and communication between laboratories and industry, help find the necessary resources to increase the capacity and capabilities of laboratories, and lead to an increase in joint projects to be realized in laboratories.
