In order to become an 'Observer Panelist' in the panels where projects presented within the scope of programs conducted by the Presidency of Research Support Programs (ARDEB) are evaluated, it is required to have a doctoral degree and not have previously served as a Panelist/Observer Panelist in ARDEB panels.
Researchers who wish to become Observer Panelists should keep their ARBIS records up to date and select the option 'I Want to Be an Observer Panelist in TÜBİTAK-ARDEB Panels' in the ARBİS 'Preferred Roles' menu.
Researchers making the request will be invited to panels outside their own fields of study. Researchers who accept the invitation need to read and approve the 'Principles and Ethical Rules for Observer Panelists' form.
