All companies established in Turkey can apply to the programme.
The projects to be submitted to international calls should be submitted to TÃœBÄ°TAK in accordance with the evaluation calendar of the relevant call.
The document indicating that the national application is eligible and the international application form must be attached to the AGY103 appendices section.
At the project application date, there must be at least one person with a bachelor’s degree related to the project subject in the project team.
Processes for the programme;
Within the scope of this programme, the support rate is 60% for large-scale companies and 75% small and medium-sized enterprises.
Supported costs in this programme are listed below.
a) Personnel costs,
b) Travel costs,
c) Tools, equipment, software and technical documents costs,
d) Materials and consumable costs,
Direct applications with Detailed Design Report and Flight Video to the International Free Mission UAV Competition, which was held for the first time this year by TÜBİTAK within the scope of TEKNOFEST, will be received between 1 – 30 July 2021.
In the competition, where high school and university students can participate, successful teams will be given support up to 18,000 TL and awards up to 50,000TL.
The competition will be held on 13-18 September 2021 at Yunuseli Airport/Bursa.

BIDEB Application and Monitoring System (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) provides applicants with information regarding BÄ°DEB programs. Besides, application can be made through the system in which applicants are able to check the status of their current application. Application documents must be uploaded online to the system. If those who want to apply one of the BÄ°DEB programs which are available for application or if they want to get information about programs they applied before, they have to first sign up to the system.
Researcher Information System (ARBÄ°S) is a web-based application designed and developed by TÃœBÄ°TAK in order to create and continuously update the researcher database of Turkey since 2004. ARBÄ°S will enable all the researchers working in Turkey and abroad to access and update their curriculum vitae and publications in the database.
