Researcher Information System (ARBİS) is a web-based application designed and developed by TÜBİTAK in order to create and continuously update the researcher database of Turkey since 2004. ARBİS will enable all the researchers working in Turkey and abroad to access and update their curriculum vitae and publications in the database. Researchers, who have registered and updated their information to ARBİS will be able to benefit from various communication platforms of TÜBİTAK and will have fulfilled the preliminary condition for applying to TÜBİTAK projects as well as for providing evaluation and monitoring services.
