We are proud and happy to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our Republic, which was established after our War of Independence, which was won as a result of our nation's struggle for sovereignty and independence. We are starting the second century of our Republic with a brand new enthusiasm, dynamism and a brand new excitement.
As the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), we have been working for 60 years under the leadership of science and technology, in line with the goal of "rising above the level of contemporary civilizations", which was drawn to our nation by Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, by saying "My spiritual heritage is science and reason". We reach out to people of all ages and support thousands of students, researchers and entrepreneurs. We work for our country in every field with our local and national technologies that we have developed in our centers and institutes for our country's needs and global competition.
At a time when we are facing countless challenges and problems regionally and globally, Within the scope of our vision of making the second century of the Republic of Türkiye the "Türkiye Century", we believe that we will build a Fully Independent Türkiye that develops, produces and grows with science and technology, in line with the National Technology Move.
As TÜBİTAK, the flagship of science and technology in our country, which will continue to make a name for itself in every field with the steps of science and technology in the "Türkiye Century", we look to the future with hope by developing innovative high technologies and at the same time supporting the youth who not only use technology, but also produce, develop and break new ground.
With these feelings, I wholeheartedly congratulate our 29 October Republic Day, and commemorate all our martyrs and veterans with gratitude, especially the founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who made these lands our homeland.
