Participation in the call requires that the consortium includes at least one partner from the mentioned Western Balkan countries (Albania, Austria, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia). In addition to these, partners from other Eureka countries or from non-Eureka countries may also join, provided that they secure public funding or self-financing within the call deadlines.

There are no thematic restrictions or topic limitations within the scope of the call.

Project applications to the Eureka Network Western Balkans (LinkUp) 2025 Call will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the 1509-International Industrial R&D Projects Support Program.

Before applying nationally, applicants must carefully review the call text. Applications that do not comply with the rules may be rejected without evaluation.

Only companies established as capital companies in Türkiye are eligible to apply for support under the 1509-International Industrial R&D Projects Support Program.

Application Process

Applications will proceed in two stages: international and national.

Stage 1 – International Application: Partners must complete the Eureka project application form online via the call's website.

Stage 2 – National Application: Participants from Türkiye must submit their national applications to the TÜBİTAK 1509-International Industrial R&D Projects Support Program call by 22 October 2025, along with the international application form.

Çağrı kapsamında konsorsiyumda bahsi geçen Batı Balkan ülkelerinden(Arnavutluk, Avusturya, Karadağ, Sırbistan, Slovenya )  en az bir ortak içermesi gerekmektedir. Bu ortaklara ek olarak, diğer Eureka ülkelerinden veya Eureka dışındaki ülkelerden ortaklar da, proje çağrısı son tarihleri içerisinde kamu fonlarının veya öz finansmanlarının güvence altına alınması koşuluyla katılabilmektedirler.

Çağrı kapsamında konu güdümü ve tematik kısıtlamalar bulunmamaktadır.

Ulusal başvuru öncesinde çağrı metninin dikkatle incelenmesi gerekmektedir, başvuru kurallarına uyulmaması durumunda başvurunun değerlendirmeye alınmadan iade edilmesi söz konusu olabilir.

1509- Uluslararası Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programına Ülkemizden sermaye şirketi statüsündeki firmalar başvuruda bulunabilir. 

Çağrı Başvuru Süreci

Başvurular uluslararası ve ulusal olmak üzere iki aşamalı olarak yürütülecektir: 

  1. Aşama/Uluslararası Başvuru: Ortaklar, çağrı web sayfasında bulunan Eureka proje başvuru formunu çevrim içi olarak doldurmalıdır. 

  2. Aşama/Ulusal Başvuru: Türkiye’den katılımcıların uluslararası başvuru formuyla birlikte TÜBİTAK 1509-Uluslararası Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı ulusal çağrısına 22 Ekim 2025 tarihine kadar ulusal başvurularını yapmaları gerekmektedir.

Uluslararası Çocuk Bilim Yarışması, öğrencilerin bilim, teknoloji, mühendislik ve matematik (STEM) alanlarına olan ilgilerini artırmayı; yaratıcı düşünme, problem çözme ve yenilikçilik becerilerini geliştirmeyi hedeflemektedir. Aynı zamanda öğrencilerin toplumsal, çevresel ve ekonomik açıdan sürdürülebilir çözümler üreterek kişisel gelişimlerine katkı sağlamaları amaçlanmaktadır.

Yarışma; “Doğa, Çevre ve Sürdürülebilirlik”, “Astronomi ve Uzay” ve “Sağlıklı Yaşam” olmak üzere üç farklı kategoride düzenlenmektedir.

Türkiye ve yurt dışında öğrenim gören tüm ilkokul öğrencilerinin başvurabildiği yarışmada başarılı takımları Proje Sunumu - Video aşaması beklemektedir. Söz konusu aşamanın sonuçlarına göre finalist olarak yarışma finallerine katılmaya hak kazanan takımlar belli olacaktır.

Yarışmaya katılım gösteren tüm takımlarımıza emekleri için teşekkür eder, bir üst aşamaya geçen takımları tebrik ederiz.

The International Children Science Competition aims to increase students' interest in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), develop their creative thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills and help transform their knowledge into real-world experiences. Additionally, the competition seeks to support students’ personal development by encouraging them to produce sustainable solutions that address social, environmental, and economic challenges.

The competition is held in the following three categories: “Nature, Environment and Sustainability”, “Astronomy and Space” and “Healthy Life”.

In the Competition all elementary school students, both from Türkiye and abroad, can apply, the teams that succeed in this stage will move on to the Project Presentation – Video stage. Based on the presentaiton - video results, the finalist teams who qualify to participate in the competition finals will be determined. 

We sincerely thank all participating teams for their dedication and congratulate those who have advanced to the next stage.

TÜBİTAK Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner ile ASELSAN Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Taha Yücel ve beraberlerindeki heyetler, “Akademik Girişimciliği Destekleme Programı”nı başlatmak üzere kurumumuzda bir araya geldi. TÜBİTAK Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner ve ASELSAN Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Taha Yücel iş birliği protokolüne imza attı.

ASELSAN’ın odak teknoloji alanları göz önünde bulundurularak tasarlanan bu program kapsamında, TÜBİTAK Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığı (ARDEB) – Elektrik, Elektronik ve Enformatik Araştırma Destek Grubu (EEEAG) destekli projelerini başarıyla tamamlayan araştırmacılar, talepleri doğrultusunda ASELSAN Girişimcilik Merkezi’ne başvurabilecek. Böylece araştırmacılar, geliştirdikleri projeleri ticarileştirme ve ürünleştirme fırsatına sahip olacak.

Programdan hâlihazırda EEEAG destekli proje yürüten araştırmacıların yanı sıra, 2023 yılı sonrasında projelerini tamamlamış araştırmacılar da yararlanabilecek.

Akademik girişimciliği teşvik etmek amacıyla hayata geçirilen bu programın, üniversite-sanayi iş birliğini güçlendirmesi ve sanayinin ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli insan kaynağını desteklemesi açısından önemli katkılar sunması bekleniyor.

ASELSAN’ın girişimcilere sunacağı başlıca destekler ise şu şekilde sıralanıyor:

  • Teknopark İstanbul yerleşkesinde açık/kapalı ofis imkânı,

  • Prototipleme atölyelerine erişim,

  • Şirketleşme süreci ve sonrasında disiplinler arası mentorluk desteği,

  • Eğitim programlarına katılım imkânı,

  • Yurt içi ve yurt dışı fuarlarda pazarlama ve tanıtım desteği,

  • ASELSAN üretim/test altyapılarına ve CAD sistemlerine erişim,

  • Finansman ihtiyacı için yatırım fonlarına erişim desteği.

TÜBİTAK ve ASELSAN iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen bu program sayesinde, akademik bilgi birikiminin ekonomik değere dönüşmesi ve ulusal teknoloji hamlesine katkı sağlanması hedefleniyor.

 

4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali Çağrısı Sonuçları Açıklandı!

4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı kapsamında desteklenen projelerin il ve ilçe düzeyinde düzenlenecek festivaller aracılığıyla daha geniş kitlelerle buluşturulması amacıyla ilk kez yayınlanan 4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali çağrısı sonuçları açıklanmıştır. 

Çağrı kapsamında 29 ilden toplam 54 bilim fuarı festivali başvurusu destek almaya hak kazanmıştır.

Başvuru sahipleri, değerlendirme sonuçlarını kullanıcı hesaplarına giriş yaparak https://bilimiz.tubitak.gov.tr  adresinden görüntüleyebilirler.

11. Bilim Fuarları Sonuç  Sistemi Açıldı!

Yapılan güncelleme çalışmalarının tamamlanmasının ardından, 4006 Bilim Fuarları kapsamında gerçekleştirilen ve gerçekleştirilecek olan bilim fuarları için Fuar Sonuç Sistemi açılmıştır.

Sonuç Sisteminde yer alan "Öz Değerlendirme" adımında proje yürütücüleri tarafından verilecek cevaplar, Bilim Fuarlarının etki analizi kapsamında değerlendirilecek ve Programın yeni dönem çağrısında dikkate alınacağından önem arz etmektedir.

Bilim fuarlarını gerçekleştiren proje yürütücüleri, bilimiz.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden kullanıcı sayfalarına giriş yaparak fuar sonuç bilgilerini 15 Haziran 2025 tarihine kadar tamamlayabilirler.

11. BİLİM FUARLARI SLOGANI

TÜBİTAK ile Hayal Et, Bilimle Geleceği İnşa Et!

Bu çağrı döneminde ilk kez "Fuar Sloganı" uygulaması başlatılmış ve başvuru sürecinde yürütücülerden bilim fuarı için bir slogan önerisi sunmaları istenmiştir. Bu uygulamanın amacı, gelen öneriler arasından bir slogan seçilerek 11. Bilim Fuarları döneminde gerçekleştirilecek tüm fuarların duyuru ve sosyal medya paylaşımlarında ortak bir slogan kullanımı sağlamaktır.

 

Öneriler arasından seçilen slogan, 4006 sonuçları açıklanırken kullanılmış olan "TÜBİTAK ile Hayal Et, Bilimle Geleceği İnşa Et!" sloganıdır.  

Kullanılması zorunlu olmamakla birlikte bu sloganın fuar paylaşımlarında kullanılması önerilmektedir.

11. dönem 4006 Bilim Fuarları kapsamında desteklenmeye hak kazanmış ve sözleşme e-imza süreçlerini tamamlayarak yürürlüğe alınmış Bilim Fuarı projeleri 17 Mart 2025 tarihinden itibaren yapılmaya başlanmış olup 31 Mayıs 2025 tarihine kadar yapılmaya devam edecektir.
