Bilateral Cooperation

There are bilateral cooperation agreements in the fields of science and technology with various countries at intergovernmental or inter-institutional levels. Under these agreements, joint research projects are supported and monitored, and financial assistance is provided for R&D projects as well as events such as joint scientific meetings, expert exchanges, and study visits.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Project applications for TÜBİTAK’s bilateral cooperation programs are now fully managed through project application system. Applications submitted by post will no longer be accepted. The application process should be completed via the system at uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr, where open programs and detailed information on these programs can be accessed.
