Faz 1 çağrı metninde belirtilen ilgili teknoloji alanlarının dışında farklı bir konu kapsamındaki projeler için uygun yeni bir SAYEM çağrısına başvuru yapılması beklenmektedir. Faz 1 çağrı metninde belirtilen hedef doğrultusunda yeni projeler bu şekilde yol haritasına eklenebilecektir.

Bursunu başlatan bursiyerlerin sadece kayıt yaptırdığı okulun başvuru ücreti, öğrenim görülecek ülkeye ait vize bedeli ile her bir sınav türü için bir kereye mahsus olmak üzere genel yetenek sınav ücretleri (Graduate Record Exam, Graduate Management Admission Test vb.) ve gönderim bedelleri, Yönetim Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tutarı aşmamak kaydıyla faturası karşılığında ödenir.

Doktora eğitiminin başlayacağı tarihten önce ülkeden çıkış yapılması durumunda okula kaydı yapıldığını gösteren belgenin ulaştırılması ile burs ödemeleri yapılır.

The purpose is to support students who are enrolled in doctorate programs within the joint doctoral protocols approved by YÖK (Higher Education Council) in Turkey.

Destek Kapsamı

Program kapsamında, sürdürülebilir kalkınma ve teknolojik gelişime öncülük edecek insan kaynağının niteliğinin artırılması amacıyla Türkiye’de bir doktora programına kayıtlı T.C. vatandaşı öğrencilerin yurt dışındaki üniversitelerde Yükseköğretim Kurulu (YÖK) onaylı ortak doktora protokolleri kapsamında yapacakları doktora eğitimleri için destek verilir.

Değerlendirme Yöntemi

Ön incelemeyi geçen başvurular bilimsel değerlendirmeye alınır. Bilimsel değerlendirme, mülakat, panelist, danışman veya Danışma Kurulu değerlendirme yöntemlerinden biri ile yapılabilir. Adayın burs başvurusu yaptığı alana ilişkin bilgi düzeyi ve akademik çalışmaları esas alınarak değerlendirilir.

Scope of the Support

Within the scope of this program, the fellowships for PhD students and employment grants devoted to private sector have been provided to promote the employment of more researchers in the private sector. Thus, the technological transformation will be enabled which has been targeted by the grants, supports and investments. Besides, the human resources, which is vital to attain the desired levels in the value chain, will be improved in terms of quality and quantity. In this sense, the needs of the companies will be focused and the development of human resources holding PhD will be assured.

-Employment support for private sector organizations / institutions

Collaboration Models:
University-Industry Cooperation Model: They are joint projects where a university / research infrastructure and a private sector organization come together.
Pre-Competitive University-Industry Cooperation Model: Partnership projects where a university / research infrastructure and at least two private sector organizations come together.
