In 2025, awards will be given in four categories as TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards by The Scientific And Technological Research Council of Türkiye.

TÜBİTAK Science Award: It is awarded to living scientists who have made significant contributions to science at the international level with their studies in Türkiye.

TÜBİTAK Speacial Award: As an equivalent of the Science Award, it is given to living scientists who are citizens of the Republic of Türkiye and have contributed to science at the international level with their studies abroad.

TÜBİTAK Service Award: It is awarded to people who have made outstanding services to the development of science and technology in Türkiye. Deceased scientists may also be nominated for the Service Award.

TÜBİTAK Incentive Award: It is given to scientists residing in Türkiye who have proven through their studies that they have the qualifications to make significant contributions to science at the international level in the future. The candidate should be under the age of 40 on the first day of the year when the award is given. Application and Evaluation Process

Candidates for the Incentive Award can apply personally or be nominated. Individual applications cannot be made for the Science, Special and Service Awards, a nomination is required.

The following institutions or individuals can nominate to TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards 

• Those who have received TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service Award or TÜBİTAK-TWAS Science Award in the past

• Council of Higher Education

• Türkiye Academy Of Sciences

• Senates or Boards of Directors of Universities

• The highest decision-making bodies of public and private sector institutions and organizations operating in scientific and technological fields

• TÜBİTAK R&D and R&D Facility Units Boards of Directors and TÜBİTAK Research Groups Executive Committees (in their fields of activity). 

Applications for TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are made through the Awards Application System, which can be accessed at https://oduller.tubitak.gov.tr The candidate who will apply for the award and the nominating person or the highest official of the institution/organization must have a current registration in ARBİS, otherwise they must complete a "New User Registration". 

The requested documents must be completely uploaded to the Application System. 

After the application phase is completed, the "Acceptance Commitment and Declaration Form" must be signed with an e-signature by the candidate and the person nominating the candidate or the highest authorized manager of the nominating institution/organization.Candidates who are abroad and cannot use e-signature during the application can sign the printout of the application form and send the scanned version of the relevant form first by e-mail and then by mail or courier to our contact address below. 

The nominator must add the type of award which has previously received from TÜBİTAK and the year of receiving the award to the relevant tab in the application system. If the nominator is the university senate/board of directors, the rector's signature must be present in the application system. If the vice rector has been given power of attorney regarding the work and transactions related to TÜBİTAK Award applications, or if the vice rector is deputizing the rector at the time the application is made, the relevant power of attorney document must be uploaded to the system.

Only one of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Award categories can be applied in the same period.

Applications can be made maximum 3 times for each type of award: Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards. Applications made before 2010 are not included in this number.

Candidates born in 1984 or before cannot apply for the Incentive Award.

For female applicants, one year is added to the age limit of 40 for each birth.

Those who applied for the TÜBA-The Young Scientists Award Programme (GEBİP) and the International TÜBA Academy Prizes in 2025 cannot apply for the TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards in 2025. If it is determined that a candidate has applied to these awards, their application will be deemed invalid.

For Science, Special and Incentive Awards; Candidates are expected to explain their reasons for deserving the award in a maximum of 750 words and to support this explanation with publications to which primary contributions have been made. A copy of the 5 publications specified in the "Publications Selected Within the Framework of Reason" heading should be uploaded to the "Additional Files". The candidate's contributions to these 5 publications and the candidate’s contribution to these publications should be explained in a maximum of 250 words. If the candidate has contributed to more than one subject, all but the most significant contribution should be separated by subject. A copy of each of the maximum 15 publications under the heading "Other Scientific Publications within the Framework of Justification" should be uploaded to the "Additional Files" and a description text not exceeding 500 words should be added.

Publications that constitute a primary contribution to a candidate's application (The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason) cannot be used in another candidate's application for the same type of award. TÜBİTAK has the right to investigate the statement for publications declared to have made primary contributions. Although it is declared that the candidate has made a primary contribution to the relevant publication, if it is determined that the candidate has not made a primary contribution to any of these publications, the application will not be evaluated. In addition, “The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason” must be independent of the candidate's doctorate study.

For the Service Award; applications must include the reasons why candidates deserve the award and the relevant document supporting these reasons, if any. In the justification; It should be explained in a maximum of 750 words within the scope of the following subjects;

• To train scientists

• To work for the institutionalization of the branch of science in which the candidate belongs to

• How the candidate has provided superior service to the development of science and technology in Türkiye, 

• Establishing or significantly contributing to the establishment of scientific institutions and organizations.

TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Service Awards are given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences. The Incentive Award is given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Polar Studies. 

The number of Science Awards cannot exceed eight, the number of Special Awards cannot exceed four, the number of Service Awards cannot exceed four, and the number of Incentive Awards cannot exceed twenty.

Plaques and certificates are given according to the type of Science, Special, Service and Incentive awards. For the Science and Special Awards, the equivalent of 10 full gold coins and for the Incentive Award, the equivalent of 5 full gold coins are deposited into bank accounts in Turkish Lira.

All evaluations and opinions formed during the award evaluation process, as well as the names of the referees/advisors whose evaluations were consulted and the opinions given by them, are confidential and are outside the scope of the right to information in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 26 of Law No. 4982.

The winners of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are announced in the same year and the awards are given to their winners at a ceremony.

Bilim Ödülü: Ülkemizde yaptığı çalışmalarla bilime uluslararası düzeyde önemli katkılarda bulunmuş hayattaki bilim insanlarına verilir.

Başvuru ve Değerlendirme Süreci

Teşvik Ödülü’ne adaylar kişisel olarak başvurabilir veya aday gösterilebilirler. Bilim, Özel ve Hizmet Ödüllerine kişisel başvuru yapılamamakta, aday gösterilmek gerekmektedir.

• Bilimsel ve teknolojik alanlarda faaliyet gösteren kamu ve özel sektör kurum ve kuruluşlarının en üst karar alma organları
• TÜBİTAK Ar-Ge ve Ar-Ge Kolaylık Birimleri Yönetim Kurulları ve TÜBİTAK Araştırma Grupları Yürütme Komiteleri (kendi faaliyet alanlarında) 

aday gösterebilirler.

TÜBİTAK Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerine başvurular https://oduller.tubitak.gov.tr internet adresinden erişilecek “Ödüller Başvuru Sistemi” üzerinden gerçekleşmektedir. Ödüle başvuru yapacak aday ve aday gösteren kişi veya kurum/kuruluşun en üst yetkilisinin ARBİS’te güncel kaydının olması, yoksa “Yeni Kullanıcı Kaydı” gerçekleştirmesi ve talep edilen belgelerin “Başvuru Sistemine” eksiksiz yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Başvuru aşaması tamamlandıktan sonra “Kabul Taahhüt ve Beyan Formu” aday ve aday gösteren kişi veya aday gösteren kurum/kuruluşun en üst yetkili yöneticisi tarafından e-imza ile imzalanmalıdır. Başvuru esnasında yurt dışında olup ve e-imza kullanamayan adaylar, başvuru formunun çıktısını imzaladıktan sonra ilgili formun taranmış halini öncelikle e-postayla daha sonra aşağıdaki iletişim adresimize posta ya da kargoyla iletebilirler. 

Aday gösteren kişi daha önce TÜBİTAK’tan aldığı ödül türünü ve ödül alma yılını başvuru sisteminde ilgili sekmeye eklemelidir. Aday gösteren üniversite senatosu/yönetim kurulu ise başvuru sisteminde rektörün imzası olmalıdır.  TÜBİTAK Ödül başvurularına ilişkin iş ve işlemler hakkında rektör yardımcısına vekâlet verilmişse ya da başvurunun yapıldığı esnada rektör yardımcısı rektöre vekâlet ediyorsa ilgili vekâlet belgesi sisteme yüklenmelidir. Vekâlet geçerlilik tarihleri başvurunun e-imza ile tamamlandığı tarihi kapsamalıdır. 

Aynı dönemde Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödülü kategorilerinden yalnızca birine başvurulabilir. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerinden her bir ödül türüne en çok 3 kez başvuru yapılabilir. 2010 yılından önceki başvurular bu sayıya dâhil değildir. 

1984 yılı ve öncesi doğumlu adaylar, Teşvik Ödülüne başvuru yapamaz. 

Kadın başvuru sahiplerinin her doğumu için 40 yaş sınırına bir yıl ilave edilir.

2025 yılında TÜBA -Üstün Başarılı Genç Bilim İnsanı Ödülleri (GEBİP) ve Uluslararası TÜBA Akademi Ödüllerine başvuru yapanlar 2025 yılı TÜBİTAK Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerine başvuru yapamaz. Adayın bu ödüllere başvurusunun tespit edilmesi durumunda başvurusu geçersiz sayılacaktır. 

Bilim, Özel ve Teşvik Ödülleri için; Adayların ödülü hak etme gerekçelerinin en fazla 750 kelimeyle açıklanması ve bu açıklamanın, hazırlanmasında birinci derecede katkı sağlanan yayınlarla desteklenmesi beklenmektedir.

“Gerekçe Çerçevesinde Seçilmiş Yayın Bilgileri” başlığında yer alan ve hazırlanmasında birinci derecede katkı sağlanan 5 yayının birer örneği, “Ek Dosyalar” başlığına yüklenmelidir. Adayın bu 5 yayınla yaptığı katkılar ile bu yayınlardaki katkı payı en fazla 250 kelimeyle açıklanmalıdır. Eğer adayın birden fazla konuda katkısı varsa, asıl önemli katkısı dışındakiler konulara göre ayrılmalıdır. “Gerekçe Çerçevesinde Diğer Bilimsel Yayınlar” başlığında yer alan en fazla 15 yayının birer örneği “Ek Dosyalar” başlığına yüklenmeli ve konulara göre ayrılan katkılar hakkında 500 kelimeyi geçmeyen bir açıklama yazısı eklenmelidir. 

Bir adayın başvurusundaki asıl önemli katkıda birinci derecede esas olan yayınlar (Gerekçe çerçevesinde seçilmiş 5 yayın), başka bir adayın aynı türde ödüle başvurusunda kullanılamaz. TÜBİTAK, birinci derecede katkı sağlandığı beyan edilen yayınlar için bu beyanı araştırma hakkına sahiptir. İlgili yayında birinci derecede katkı sağlandığı beyan edilmesine karşın, bu yayınlardan herhangi birinde adayın birinci derecede katkısı olmamasının tespit edilmesi durumunda başvuru değerlendirmeye alınmaz. Ayrıca, gerekçe çerçevesinde seçilmiş 5 yayının, adayın doktora çalışmasından bağımsız olması gerekmektedir.

Hizmet Ödülü için; Başvurular, adayların ödülü hak etme gerekçeleri ve varsa bu gerekçeyi destekleyen ilgili dokümanı içermelidir. Gerekçede; adayın bilim insanı yetiştirmek, mensup olduğu bilim dalının kurumsallaşması için çalışmalar yapmak, bilimsel kurum ve kuruluşlar kurmak veya kurulmasına önemli ölçüde katkıda bulunmak bakımlarından ülkemizdeki bilim ve teknolojinin gelişmesine ne şekilde üstün hizmette bulunduğu en fazla 750 kelimeyle açıklanmalıdır. Aday gösterilecek kişinin hayatta olmaması durumunda başvuru formu indirilip, doldurularak varsa eklenecek diğer belgelerle birlikte aşağıda yer alan adrese iletilmelidir. Vefat etmiş adaylar için doldurulacak başvuru formu için oduller@tubitak.gov.tr adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet Ödülleri; Temel Bilimler, Mühendislik Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri ile Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler alanlarında, Teşvik Ödülü; Temel Bilimler, Mühendislik Bilimleri, Sağlık Bilimleri, Sosyal ve Beşeri Bilimler ile Kutup Çalışmaları alanlarında verilir. Bilim Ödülü sayısı sekizi, Özel Ödül sayısı dördü, Hizmet Ödülü sayısı dördü ve Teşvik Ödülü sayısı yirmiyi geçemez.  

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik ödüllerinin türüne göre plaket ve berat verilir. Bilim ve Özel Ödülleri için 10 tam altın karşılığı, Teşvik Ödülü için 5 tam altın karşılığı tutar Türk Lirası olarak banka hesaplarına yatırılır. Bilim ve Teşvik Ödülü alanlara ayrıca, her yıl Yönetim Kurulunca belirlenen miktarda (2025 yılı için 2.400.000TL) yurt içinde yürüteceği araştırmalarda kullanılmak üzere araştırma desteği verilir.

Ödül değerlendirme sürecinde yapılan tüm değerlendirme ve oluşturulan görüşler ile değerlendirmelerine başvurulan hakem/danışman isimleri ve bunlar tarafından verilen görüşler gizli olup sayılanlar 4982 sayılı Kanun’un 26’ncı maddesinin birinci fıkrası gereğince bilgi edinme hakkı kapsamı dışındadır.

Başvurular 16 Haziran 2025 Pazartesi günü, saat 17.00’ye kadar kabul edilecektir. 

Bilim, Özel, Hizmet ve Teşvik Ödüllerini kazananlar, aynı yıl içinde açıklanır ve ödüller düzenlenecek bir törenle sahiplerine verilir.

TÜBİTAK Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner ile ASELSAN Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Taha Yücel ve beraberlerindeki heyetler, “Akademik Girişimciliği Destekleme Programı”nı başlatmak üzere kurumumuzda bir araya geldi. TÜBİTAK Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Mesut Güner ve ASELSAN Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Taha Yücel iş birliği protokolüne imza attı.

ASELSAN’ın odak teknoloji alanları göz önünde bulundurularak tasarlanan bu program kapsamında, TÜBİTAK Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığı (ARDEB) – Elektrik, Elektronik ve Enformatik Araştırma Destek Grubu (EEEAG) destekli projelerini başarıyla tamamlayan araştırmacılar, talepleri doğrultusunda ASELSAN Girişimcilik Merkezi’ne başvurabilecek. Böylece araştırmacılar, geliştirdikleri projeleri ticarileştirme ve ürünleştirme fırsatına sahip olacak.

Programdan hâlihazırda EEEAG destekli proje yürüten araştırmacıların yanı sıra, 2023 yılı sonrasında projelerini tamamlamış araştırmacılar da yararlanabilecek.

Akademik girişimciliği teşvik etmek amacıyla hayata geçirilen bu programın, üniversite-sanayi iş birliğini güçlendirmesi ve sanayinin ihtiyaç duyduğu nitelikli insan kaynağını desteklemesi açısından önemli katkılar sunması bekleniyor.

ASELSAN’ın girişimcilere sunacağı başlıca destekler ise şu şekilde sıralanıyor:

• Teknopark İstanbul yerleşkesinde açık/kapalı ofis imkânı,

• Prototipleme atölyelerine erişim,

• Şirketleşme süreci ve sonrasında disiplinler arası mentorluk desteği,

• Eğitim programlarına katılım imkânı,

• Yurt içi ve yurt dışı fuarlarda pazarlama ve tanıtım desteği,

• ASELSAN üretim/test altyapılarına ve CAD sistemlerine erişim,

• Finansman ihtiyacı için yatırım fonlarına erişim desteği.

TÜBİTAK ve ASELSAN iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen bu program sayesinde, akademik bilgi birikiminin ekonomik değere dönüşmesi ve ulusal teknoloji hamlesine katkı sağlanması hedefleniyor.

707 Sipariş Ar-Ge çağrıları kapsamında destekler sürüyor.

1707 Sipariş Ar-Ge Programı, Müşteri Kuruluş’un gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere tasarlanan çözüm önerilerinin, KOBİ'ler tarafından Ar-Ge faaliyetlerine dönüştürülerek ticarileşebilir çıktılara ulaşılması hedefini benimsemektedir. TÜBİTAK ve Müşteri Kuruluş, bu önemli süreçte eş finansman yoluyla KOBİ'lerin gereksinim odaklı Ar-Ge faaliyetleri gerçekleştirmelerini sağlamaktadır.

KOBİ’ler müşterisi hazır yenilikçi ürün ve süreçler gerçekleştirmektedir. Sanayi kuruluşları arasında finansman riskinin paylaşılmasına ve fikri sinai haklar üzerinde anlaşılmasına zemin hazırlanmakta, proje yönetiminde görece daha deneyimli olan kuruluşların deneyimlerini KOBİ’lere aktarmasına imkân tanınmaktadır.

1707 Sipariş Ar-Ge 2025 yılı 2. Çağrı Döneminde açılan çağrılar kapsamında

Yeşil Mutabakata Uyum Kapsamındaki Öncelikli Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Konularında sunulan projelere değerlendirme aşamasında öncelik verilecektir.

The MarLEN (Maritime Low Emission Network) project, which funded under the Horizon Europe Program and will last between 2025-2029, and will support R&D and innovation projects that aim to reach zero emissions in the European maritime sector, aims to reduce emissions caused by maritime vehicles, conduct gap analysis within the scope of maritime research areas, ensure unity in prioritization and evaluation of countries, and contribute to Europe's zero emission strategy. The international consortium that will submit a project must consist of at least 2 different institutions from 2 different countries. In joint project proposals to be prepared within the scope of the call, it is mandatory to comply with the international call application conditions.

The call will be conducted with a single-stage international and then national application process.

In addition to the international application, a national application is mandatory. The project application of the international consortium must be made electronically by the international project coordinator via https://marlen.ptj.de/call1 by 30 September 2025 (17:00 CET).

In addition to this international application, the Turkish institutions/organizations involved in the project must also make a national application to TÜBİTAK by 7 October 2025 (17:30 UTC+3) via uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr ​​and complete the electronic signature by 10 October 2025 (17:30 UTC+3). The call will be included on PBS under the title “Multiple Cooperation Support Programs” as “MaRLEN 2025”. During the national application phase, the “National Application Form” and the “Budget and Justification Form” must be uploaded to PBS. Other required documents are specified in the “MaRLEN 2025 Call National Application Rules” document. Applications submitted to TÜBİTAK will be primarily examined by TÜBİTAK according to national eligibility criteria. Project proposals that do not meet the national application rules of the project partner countries and the application conditions specified in the call text will be returned. Project proposals that meet these conditions will be evaluated by TÜBİTAK.

Projects to be supported will be determined based on the results of the referee evaluation at the MaRLEN Call Steering Committee meeting where all funders are represented. Projects with a negative evaluation result cannot benefit from national support within the scope of the relevant call.

In the MaRLEN 2025 call, Turkish researchers will be supported within the scope of the TÜBİTAK - 1071 Support Program for Increasing the Capacity to Benefit from International Research Funds and Participation in International R&D Collaborations. It is recommended to review the MaRLEN 2025 Call National Application Rules document, which includes detailed national application rules, before applying.

TÜBİTAK tarafından Türkiye’deki yürütücülüğü yapılan Avrupa Moleküler Biyoloji Organizasyonu (European Molecular Biology Organisation – EMBO), yaşam bilimleri alanında çalışan bilim insanlarına yönelik çeşitli burs ve destek programları yürütmektedir. Türkiye’nin de üyesi olduğu Avrupa Moleküler Biyoloji Konferansı (European Molecular Biology Conference – EMBC) tarafından finanse edilen bu programlar araştırmacılara hibe, dolaşım ve bilimsel ağ oluşturma desteği sağlamaktadır.

Çalıştay Düzenleme Destekleri (Workshops) ile yaşam bilimleri alanında güncel bilimsel bilgilerin paylaşılmasını teşvik eden toplantıların ve Kurs Düzenleme Destekleri(Practical Courses) ile deneysel teknikler konusunda eğitim veren ve yeni metodolojilerin öğretilmesini amaçlayan kursların düzenlenmesi desteklenmektedir.

Başvuru Koşulları:

• Çalıştayları veya kursları EMBC üye veya işbirliği ortağı olan ülkelerde düzenlemek;

• Yaşam bilimleri alanında EMBO çalışma alanlarına uygun bir çalıştay veya kurs düzenlemek;

• Başvuru sırasında çoğunlukla teyit edilmiş konuşmacıların veya eğitmenlerin listesini sunmak gereklidir.

Destek Kapsamı:

• Çalıştay veya kurs başına en fazla 42.500 Avroya kadar hibe sağlanır.

"ITEA Project Outline (PO) Preparation Days", one of the most important events of the EUREKA ITEA Cluster which focuses on software innovation, will take place in Lisbon/Portugal between 16-18 September 2025.

At this event, more than 300 potential project partners, companies, and Public Authorities from Europe and beyond will come together. Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Discuss and work on project ideas in physical workgroup sessions,

• Present their project ideas during poster sessions,

• Practice to learn how to be successful in ITEA,

• Establish new partnerships.

As one of Eureka’s key funding instruments, the Eureka Network Projects framework has launched the “Circular Value Creation” call on 12 June 2025, with the participation of 17 countries, including Türkiye. In line with Eureka’s objectives, the call will support projects that aim to develop market-oriented products, processes, and services with high commercialization potential.

Objective of the Call

This call aims to accelerate the transition from a linear economic model to a circular economy by supporting projects that develop:

• Innovative business models,

• Circular value chain strategies,

• Human-cantered transformation approaches,

• Data- and technology-driven solutions.

The objective is to go beyond recycling and implement solutions that systematize sustainability across the entire lifecycle of products — from design and production to use and re-use.

Call Specific Requirements

• The project must deliver tangible benefits to all relevant stakeholders.

• The technological collaboration established between participants from different countries must provide clear added value, such as enhanced knowledge sharing, increased commercial potential, or access to R&D infrastructure.

• The product or process to be developed must be innovative and have the potential to create meaningful impact at the economic, technological, or societal level.

• The project duration must not exceed 36 months.

• Prior to the project’s start, a signed consortium agreement must be submitted by all partners. This agreement should clearly outline issues such as intellectual property rights and the ownership and use of know-how.

Applicants from Türkiye to the 1719 – Eureka Circular Value Creation Call may include capital companies, higher education institutions, public research centers and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures defined under Law No. 6550.

Applications from these institutions will only be accepted if submitted in partnership with at least one capital company. Under this call, the capital company must act as the Project Coordinator (Main Applicant).

Project applications will be conducted within the framework of the national call rules titled 1719 – Eureka Circular Value Creation and Eureka Network Circular Value Creation 2025 National Call Announcement.

Before submitting a national application, the call text must be carefully reviewed. Failure to comply with the application rules may result in the application being rejected without evaluation.

The Eurostars Coordinatorship Support Program 2025 National Call has been opened. Within the scope of this call, SMEs in Türkiye that want to apply to the 9^th Call of the Eurostars-3 Program with international R&D and innovation projects will be supported. The objective is to assist them in building consortia with international partners and enhance their project ideas. Within the scope of the call, SMEs intending to apply as project coordinators will be eligible for project writing and presentation training or professional project preparation support.

Applications to the Eurostars Coordinatorship Support Programme 2025 National Call (code: “EUROSTARS-KOORD-DEST-2025”) will be submitted under the “Eurostars Coordinatorship Support Programme 2025 National Call” scheme.

SMEs that want to benefit from the support within the scope of the call must submit their applications with organization-based pre-registration for Coordinatorship Support Program Applications via TÜBİTAK PRODIS on the specified dates. The dates below will be finalized after the approval information is sent by the EUREKA Secretariat.

Önemli Hususlar:

Proje yazma-sunma eğitimi desteği, söz konusu koordinatör adaylarının ve kendi araştırma ekibi üyelerinin dışında kalan hiç kimseye verilmez.

Aynı proje için tek başvuruda hem proje yazma-sunma eğitimi desteği hem de proje yazdırma desteği talep edilemez.

Proje Yazdırma Desteğinden aynı konu ve kapsamdaki proje için sadece bir kez faydalanılabilir.
