Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme, TÜBİTAK - German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Bilateral Cooperation Travel Support Program will provide comprehensive travel support for collaborative research projects proposed by researchers in Türkiye and Germany. In addition to the travel grant, TÜBİTAK will provide scholarship and representation-promotion grants.

Researchers in Türkiye who want to submit a joint research project should agree with researchers working in Germany, where they will carry out the project together as project partners. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK- Alman Akademik Değişim Servisi (DAAD) iş birliği çerçevesinde açılan 5. çağrı ile Türkiye ve Almanya’daki araştırmacılar tarafından sunulan proje önerileri için karşılıklı seyahat desteği verilecektir. Çağrı kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından seyahat desteği ile bursiyer ve temsil-tanıtma giderlerine yönelik de destek sağlanabilmektedir.

Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türkiye'deki araştırmacıların, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri Almanya’daki araştırmacılar ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

This initiative aims to support innovative, civilian projects focused on developing products, processes, or services across all technology and market areas, with strong market potential and the goal of providing solutions for the market. The project consortium must include at least one independent organization from each of the two countries involved.

A capital company from our country can directly apply for the project in partnership with at least one partner from the relevant countries. Universities and research centres cannot apply directly but can participate as subcontractors in projects. There are no upper limits on the duration of project ideas or restrictions on topics.

After the eligibility check of your international application, once you are notified by us, companies can complete their national application for the 1509 Industrial and Supporting R&D Projects Support Program at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.

Proje konsorsiyumunda her iki ülkede faaliyet gösteren en az bir bağımsız kuruluşun yer alması zorunludur. Türkiye’den sermaye şirketi statüsündeki firmalar, ilgili ülkelerden en az bir ortakla birlikte doğrudan başvuru yapabilir. Üniversiteler ve araştırma merkezleri ise doğrudan başvuru yapamaz, ancak projelerde alt yüklenici olarak yer alabilirler. Proje fikirleri için süre kısıtlaması ve konu sınırlaması bulunmamaktadır.

Uluslararası başvurunuzun uygunluk kontrolü sonrasında, tarafımızdan bilgilendirme yapıldığında, firmalar http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden 1509 Sanayi ve Destek Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı’na ulusal başvurularını tamamlayabilirler.

The second stage evaluation of the project proposals submitted to the “Special Call for Sports Research” opened within the scope of the “1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Program” within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Industry and Technology has been completed.

Data regarding the implementers of the projects whose panel evaluation process has been completed positively and the institutions they are affiliated with are presented below.

Gençlik ve Spor Bakanlığı ile Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı arasında imzalanan iş birliği protokolü çerçevesinde "1001-Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Projelerini Destekleme Programı" kapsamında açılan “Spor Araştırmaları” çağrısına sunulan proje önerilerinin 2. aşama değerlendirmesi tamamlanmıştır.

Panel değerlendirme süreci olumlu sonuçlanan projelerin yürütücüleri ve bağlı bulundukları kurumlara ilişkin veriler aşağıda sunulmuştur.

Programın 2022 yılı başvurusu kapsamında 1 kadın araştırmacı, 2023 yılı başvurusu kapsamında 2 erkek araştırmacı, 2024 yılı başvurusu kapsamında ise 2 kadın araştırmacı Prof. Dr. Aziz SANCAR’ın laboratuvarında doktora sonrası araştırmalarını gerçekleştirmek üzere destek almaya hak kazanmıştır. Başvuru sahipleri, başvuru durumları ile ilgili sonucu, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sisteminden (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) kullanıcı girişi yaparak “Başvurularım” alanından görebilirler.

1707 Order R&D Programme aims to transform solution proposals designed to meet the needs of Customer Organizations into commercially viable outputs by SMEs through R&D activities. TÜBİTAK and Customer Organizations facilitate SMEs' need-oriented R&D activities through co-financing during this significant process. SMEs are executing innovative products and processes tailored to their customers. Ground is being prepared for sharing financing risks among industrial organizations and understanding intellectual property rights, allowing organizations with relatively more experience in project management to transfer their experiences to SMEs. Three different call periods for SME Support for 1707 Order-based R&D Projects have been defined for the year 2024:

The calls opened during the 3rd Call Period are as follows:

  • SME Support Call for 1707 Order-based R&D Projects 2024-3 (1707 Order R&D 2024-3)

  • SME Support Call for 1707 BİGG Joint Order-based R&D Projects 2024-3 (1707 Order R&D-b 2024-3)

Project applications will be accepted through the Technology and Innovation Funding Programs Administration (TEYDEB) Project Evaluation Monitoring System (PRODİS) between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024 (by 23:59).

During the 3rd Call Period of the 1707 Order R&D 2024, priority will be given to projects submitted under the Priority R&D and Innovation Topics under the Green Agreement Compliance.

1007 - Çağrı Dokümanı

The call titled “Development of a Psychosocial Intervention Model for Perpetrators of Violence” is now open. The call, in which the Republic of Türkiye, Ministry of Family and Social Services is the client institution, aims to structure studies to ensure that perpetrators of domestic violence/violence against women adopt non-violent behavioural patterns and to create a social service model for this purpose within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Program (1007 Programme).

Applications for this call will be received directly as Stage 2. The deadline for completing the online application is 15 October 2024 at 23.59 (UTC+3).

Aile içi/kadına yönelik şiddet uygulayanların şiddet içermeyen davranış kalıplarını benimsemelerine yönelik çalışmaların yapılandırılması ve buna yönelik bir sosyal hizmet modelinin oluşturulması amacıyla TÜBİTAK Kamu Kurumları Araştırma ve Geliştirme Projelerini Destekleme Programı (1007 Programı) kapsamında Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığının müşteri kurum olarak yer aldığı “Şiddet Uygulayanlara Yönelik Psikososyal Müdahale Modelinin Geliştirilmesi” başlıklı çağrı, Kamu Araştırmaları Destek Grubu (KAMAG) tarafından yayınlanmıştır.

Çağrı kapsamında doğrudan 2. aşama başvuruları alınacaktır.  Proje önerilerinin çevrim içi başvuru sistemine kaydedilerek onaylanması için son tarih 15 Kasım 2024 saat 23:59 olarak belirlenmiştir.

Program sonunda hangi teşviklerinden faydalanılabilir?

Gelir Vergisi Stopaj Desteğinden ve Sigorta Prim desteğinden faydalanabilme olasılığı vardır. Ancak firmaların bu süreçler için Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı ve SGK’dan görüş alarak ilerlemesi tavsiye edilmektedir. Ayrıca TEYDEB tarafından bu konuda çalışmalar devam etmektedir.
