DUYURU (29.07.2022): TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından yürütülen 2205-Lisans Burs Programı kapsamında ödenen burs miktarları 1 Ağustos 2022 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere güncellenmiştir.

DUYURU (17.06.2022): BİDEB 2205-Lisans Burs Programı 2022 yılı 1. dönem başvuru sonuçları BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi (e-bideb) üzerinden açıklanmıştır. Başvuru sahipleri, başvuru durumları ile ilgili sonucu, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sisteminden (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) kullanıcı girişi yaparak “Başvurularım” alanından görebilirler.

The scientific evaluation process has been completed for the applications submitted within the scope of the 2025 application period of the "2209-A Research Projects Support Program for Undergraduate Students", which is conducted by the TÜBİTAK Science Fellowships and Grant Programme Directorate (BİDEB) with the aim of providing associate degree and undergraduate students with experience in research and project management, and the applications that have received conditional acceptance have been determined.

The following steps must be carried out for the eligibility for support to be finalized:

• Academic advisors must approve the Bibliography Commitment clauses regarding the use of GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) tools through the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) between 13.05.2026 – 04.06.2026.

• Within the scope of the 2209-A Research Projects Support Program for Undergraduate Students, following the completion of the aforementioned GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) approval process, if requested for the relevant project (in the event of such a request, a separate e-mail regarding the matter will be sent to the student project leader), the ethics committee approval document or the ethics committee exemption document must be uploaded to the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System by the project leader between 08.06.2026 – 08.08.2026.

The application status can be viewed in the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System by logging in with user credentials and accessing the "Application Status" section.
 

TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından ön lisans ve lisans öğrencilerine araştırma ve proje yönetimi deneyimi kazandırmak amacıyla yürütülen “2209-A Üniversite Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Destekleme Programı” 2025 yılı çağrısı kapsamında yapılan başvuruların bilimsel değerlendirme süreci tamamlanmış olup şartlı kabul alan başvurular belirlenmiştir.  

 

Desteklenmeye hak kazanma durumunun kesinleşmesi için aşağıdaki adımlar gerçekleştirilmelidir:

• Akademik danışmanlar tarafından BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) üzerinden ÜYZ (Üretken Yapay Zekâ) araçlarının kullanımı ile ilgili Kaynakça Taahhütnamesi maddelerine 13.05.2026 - 04.06.2026 tarihleri arasında onay verilmesi,

  • Bu aşamada başvuru içeriğinde (proje önerisi formu ve kaynakça dahil) herhangi bir değişiklik veya düzeltme yapılması kesinlikle mümkün değildir.

• 2209-A Üniversite Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Destekleme Programı kapsamında söz konusu ÜYZ (Üretken Yapay Zekâ) onay işleminin tamamlanmasının ardından ilgili proje için talep edilmiş olması halinde (Talep edilmesi halinde konuya ilişkin eposta proje yürütücüsü öğrenciye ayrıca iletilecektir), etik kurul onay belgesi veya etik kurul muafiyet belgesinin 08.06.2026 – 08.08.2026 tarihleri arasında proje yürütücüsü öğrenci tarafından BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemine yüklenmesi,

Başvuru durumu ile ilgili sonuçlar BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi üzerinden kullanıcı girişi yapılarak “Başvuru Durumu” alanından görüntülenebilir. 
 

2024 yılı 1. dönem kapsamında desteklenen projeler için sonuç raporu yükleme son tarihi, 3 ay uzatılarak 08.07.2026 olarak güncellenmiştir. Raporların belirtilen tarihe kadar E-Bideb üzerinden yüklenmesi gerekmektedir.

 

Önemli Notlar:

• Destek tutarının son kullanım tarihi değişmemiştir; harcamaların en geç 08.04.2026 tarihine kadar tamamlanması zorunludur.
• Bu süreçte proje ekibi değişikliği yapılamayacaktır.

Support is provided for expenses related to machinery/equipment, consumables, travel, and service procurement required for research projects prepared by associate and undergraduate students.
Participation in congresses/conferences, publication and patent expenses, accommodation costs, and daily subsistence (food and beverage) expenses are not covered under the 2209 project support budget.
 

Ön lisans ve lisans öğrencisinin/öğrencilerinin hazırladıkları araştırma projelerinin gerektirdiği makine/teçhizat, sarf malzeme, seyahat, hizmet alımı giderleri için destek sağlanır. Kongre/konferans katılım, yayın ve patent, konaklama veya gündelik (yeme-içme) masraflar 2209 proje desteği bütçesine dahil edilemez.

Applications are made as online at TYBS. After the applicant's final approval of his application through the system, project application information and attachments are sent in read-only form to the academic consultant's e-mail address retrieved from the system for "consultant approval". At this stage, the academic consultant undertakes through the system that the information entered by the applicant into the system is correct, that he/she accepts the consultancy, that the scientific and technological field in which the applied project will be evaluated is correct, that the department's facilities are sufficient, and that they will comply with the obligations of the programme.

If the academic consultant approves the project through the system at this stage, the application is completed successfully.

If the academic consultant does not approve the project through the system at this stage and sends it back to the student, the system allows the student to make edits and send it back to the academic consultant for approval. The application cannot be completed without the approval of the applicant and the academic consultant.

It is the responsibility of the project manager to follow up these processes.

Applications that are not approved by the applicant and the academic consultant by the application deadline will not be evaluated. Documents sent to BIDEB by mail will not be processed and will be destroyed.

• Research projects are supported for a maximum period of 12 months. Support recipients must complete their project within one year at most following the announcement of the support decision on the TUBİTAK website.

• The maximum support amount is 12000 TL. 

• The IBAN number to be entered in the online application must belong to the applicant student.

• No subsistence is paid to students or consultants.

• Accommodation expenses cannot be included in the support.

Araştırma projeleri en çok 12 aylık süre ile desteklenir.  Destek alanlar destek kararının TÜBİTAK web sayfasında ilan edilmesini takip eden en çok bir yıl içinde projesini tamamlamak zorundadır.

Destek tutarı en fazla 12.000 TL'dir.

Online başvuruda girişi yapılacak IBAN numarası mutlaka proje yürütücüsü öğrenciye ait olmalıdır.

Öğrenci ve danışmanlara harcırah ya da yevmiye ödemesi yapılmamaktadır.

Konaklama harcamaları destek kapsamına dahil edilemez.

Application Conditions:

• The applicant must be enrolled in an associate or undergraduate program*.

• The project is carried out under the guidance of an academic consultant**

• The applicant must not be involved in multiple applications within the same term, nor in any 2209-A or 2209-B project that is ongoing from previous terms.

• No prior support must have been received from TÜBİTAK for the same project.

• Students may apply to the programme either individually or as a team. For team applications, one student shall serve as the project manager and act as the primary point of responsibility to TÜBİTAK. Each project team may consist of the project coordinator and up to 4 additional team members.

• An academic advisor may participate in a maximum of five projects within the same term.

• The project title must be defined using clear and comprehensible scientific terminology, reflecting the purpose and scope of the research.

• In all documents submitted as part of the application, including the project title and project proposal, no institution, organization, company, commercial product, or brand should be highlighted. Moreover, no statements that are discriminatory, exclusionary, or offensive on the basis of language, religion, race, sect, nationality, color, gender, political opinion, philosophical belief, national or social origin, birth, or economic status shall be used.

  
  * Open education and preparatory class students cannot apply.
   ** Research assistants and lecturers can also be academic consultants
