Koordinatörlüğünü Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı’nın yürüttüğü Dünya Bankası Türkiye Yeşil Sanayi Projesi kapsamında sanayinin yeşil dönüşüm faaliyetleri TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB tarafından desteklenmektedir. Bu amaçla hayata geçirilen 1801 kodlu Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri İçin Geri Ödemeli ve Hibe Destek Programı kapsamında 1833 kodlu SAYEM Yeşil Dönüşüm çağrısının üçüncüsü 01.08.2024 itibari ile açılmış olup, başvurular 03.10.2024 tarihine kadar alınacaktır.

Bu çağrı kapsamında, özel sektör, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle yenilik platformları oluşturularak, ülkemizin yeşil büyümesine katkı sağlayacak katma değeri yüksek ürün veya ürün grubu geliştirilmesi için bir teknoloji ekosistemi olan Sanayiye Yönelik Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Ağları desteklenecektir. Özel sektör öncülüğünde, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle ihtisaslaşmış bir Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Platformunun oluşturulması, bu platform aracılığıyla Ürünleştirme Yol Haritalarının (ÜYH) oluşturulması ve bu Ürünleştirme Yol Haritaları çerçevesinde yeşil dönüşüme yönelik ürün veya ürün grubu geliştirilmesine yönelik Ürünleştirme Programları (ÜPG) desteklenecektir. Çağrıya platform yapısındaki konsorsiyum başvuruları alınacaktır. Platform yürütücüsü olmak için gerekli koşullar çağrı duyurusunda belirtilmiştir. Program süresi 36 ay olup, platform başına program önerisi için üst limit 300.000.000 TL’dir. Platformda yer alacak olan özel sektör kuruluşları hibe ve geri ödemeli olarak, üniversiteler ve araştırma kurumları %100 hibe olarak destek alabileceklerdir. Platformda yer alacak kuruluşlar için bütçe üst limiti KOBİ’ler için 15 milyon TL, büyük ölçekli kuruluşlar için 60 milyon TL, üniversiteler ve araştırma kurumları için 10 milyon TL’dir.

Within the scope of the World Bank Turkey Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, the green transformation activities of the industry are supported by TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB. The third call for 1833-SAYEM Green Transformation has been opened as of 01.08.2024, and applications will be accepted till 03.10.2024.

Within the scope of the call, private sector, university, and public collaboration will be supported to create innovation platforms, forming a technology ecosystem for Research and Development (R&D) and Innovation Networks focused on industry. These networks aim to contribute to the sustainable growth of our country by developing high-value-added products or product groups. Under the leadership of the private sector and in collaboration with universities and the public sector, the establishment of a specialized R&D and Innovation Platform is encouraged. Through this platform, the creation of Productization Roadmaps (ÜYH) and support for Productization Programs (ÜPG) aimed at developing products or product groups for green transformation within the framework of these roadmaps will be facilitated. Consortium applications within the platform structure will be accepted for this call. The conditions for becoming the platform coordinator are specified in the call announcement. The support period is max. 36 months, and the upper limit for a program proposal per platform is 300,000,000 TL. Private sector organizations participating in the platform can receive support both as grants and interest-free reimbursable support, while universities and research institutions are eligible for 100% grant support. The budgetary upper limit for organizations involved in the platform is 15 million TL for SMEs, 60 million TL for large-scale enterprises, and 10 million TL for universities and research institutions.

TÜBİTAK SAVTAG tarafından, 1007-Kamu Kurumları Araştırma ve Geliştirme Projelerini Destekleme Programı kapsamında, 1007-SAVTAG-MSB-2024-01 koduyla, Yeni Tip Yüksek Kapasiteli Denizaltı Batarya Geliştirilmesi Projesi FAZ-1 (DBAT-1) Çağrısına çıkıldı.

Deniz Kuvvetleri Komutanlığının ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak nitelikte yeni tip yüksek kapasiteli denizaltı bataryanın milli ve yerli imkânlarla geliştirilmesidir. Projenin amacı; konvansiyonel denizaltıların ana tahrik sistemini ve diğer hotel yükünün enerji ihtiyacını sağlayan kurşun asit bataryalar yerine kullanılabilecek lityum iyon teknolojisine haiz Yeni Tip Yüksek Kapasiteli Denizaltı Batarya üretiminin ARGE yolu ile gerçekleştirilmesidir.

Müracaat edecek firmalar “Savunma Sanayii Güvenliği Yönetmeliği”ne uygun olarak, https://tubitak.gov.tr/tr/destekler/akademik/ulusal-destek-programlari/1007-kamu-kurumlari-arastirma-ve-gelistirme-projelerini-destekleme-programi linkinde yer alan Çağrı belgesi talep formunu / SAVTAG Çağrı Belgesi Teslim Tutanağını doldurarak teslim alabilecektir. Ayrıca “Milli Gizli Gizlilik Dereceli Tesis Güvenlik Belgesi” şartı ile (dokümanları teslim alacak yetkilendirilmiş kurye dahil) projede çalışacak tüm firma personelinde “Kişi Güvenlik Belgesi” şartları aranacaktır.

Bu çağrı kapsamında proje başvuruları 10 Haziran 2024 tarihinde alınmaya başlanacak olup, proje önerileri için son başvuru tarihi 06 Eylül 2024 saat 17:00’dir.

A New Type High Capacity Submarine Battery Development Project PHASE-1 (DBAT-1) Call was launched by TÜBİTAK SAVTAG, within the scope of the 1007-Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Program, with the code 1007-SAVTAG-MSB-2024-01.

The purpose of the project is to develop a new type of high-capacity submarine battery meeting the needs of the Naval Forces Command by using national and local resources. In the project, the production of New Type-High Capacity Submarine Batteries with lithium-ion technology, which can be used instead of lead acid batteries, that provide the main propulsion system of conventional submarines and the energy needs of other hotel cargo, is carried out through R&D.

Institutions/organizations that will apply must apply in accordance with the "Defence Industry Security Regulation", through the Call at the link https://tubitak.gov.tr/tr/destekler/akademik/ulusal-destek-programlari/1007-kamu-kurumlari-arastirma-ve-gelistirme-projelerini-destekleme-programi Call Document will be received by filling out the Certificate Request Form and the SAVTAG Call Document Delivery Report. In addition, "Facility Security Certificate" conditions will be required for institutions/organizations that will take part in the project, and "Person Security Certificate" conditions will be required for all institution/organization personnel (including the authorized courier who will receive the documents).

Within the scope of this call, project applications will start to be received on 10 June 2024, and the deadline for project proposals is 06 September 2024 at 17:00 (UTC+3).

Our students representing our country at the 54th International Physics Olympiad, which was held in Isfahan, Iran between 21-28 July 2024 with the participation of 197 students from 46 countries, won 2 Silver, 2 Bronze Medals and 1 Honorable Mention.

Within the scope of the 2202 Science Olympics Program carried out by TÜBİTAK, our students representing our country, Arda ÜNVER and Kutay KULBAK, won SILVER Medals, Alp TERLİKSİZ and Halil İbrahim YENITÜRK won BRONZE Medals, and Belinay Su KILINÇ won Honorable Mention.

We congratulate our future scientist candidates who represented our country in the 54th International Physics Olympiad. We would like to thank all our students who participated in the Olympiad, their families, teachers, and all academicians who took part in the trainings, especially our Committee Chairs.

54. Uluslararası Fizik Olimpiyatı’nda ülkemizi temsil eden geleceğin bilim insanı adayı öğrencilerimizi tebrik ediyoruz. Olimpiyatlara katılan tüm öğrencilerimize, ailelerine, öğretmenlerine, başta Komite Başkanlarımız olmak üzere eğitimlerde görev alan tüm akademisyenlere teşekkür ediyoruz.

TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK ile Çin Bilimler Akademisi (Chinese Academy of Sciences – CAS) arasındaki iş birliği protokolü çerçevesinde açılan çağrı kapsamında iki ülkenin bilim insanları arasında “İleri Malzemeler” ve “Enerji” alanlarında gerçekleştirilecek olan ortak araştırma projeleri desteklenecektir. Çağrı alt tematik alanlarına yönelik bilgi çağrı metninde sunulmaktadır.

Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türkiye'deki bilim insanlarının, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri Çin’de çalışan bilim insanları ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

4 Ekim 2024 saat 23:59’a kadar açık kalacak çağrı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK'a yapılacak proje başvurularının elektronik başvuru sistemi (http://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/) üzerinden gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and under the cooperation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) joint research projects on “Advanced Materials” and “Energy” to be carried out between the scientists of the two countries will be supported. Call sub-thematic areas are stated in the call text. 

Scientists in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must agree with the scientists working in China as project partners. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.

Milli Teknoloji Hamlesinin ana bileşenlerinden olan beşeri sermaye gelişimine katkı sağlamak hedefiyle, öğrenimini sürdüren lise öğrencileri ile lise üzeri eğitim düzeyine sahip öğrenci, mezun ve girişimcilerin proje üretmelerini, geri bildirimler yoluyla projelerini geliştirmelerini, geliştirdikleri projelere yönelik düzenlenen yurt içi ve yurt dışı bilimsel yarışma ve etkinliklere katılmalarını teşvik etmek amacıyla yeni destek çağrıları oluşturulmuştur.

Ulaşım sponsoru Türk Hava Yolları olan Program kapsamında, “4001-A Ulusal Yarışma/Etkinlik Katılım Desteği” çağrısı ile yurt içinde düzenlenen yarışma ve etkinliklere, “4001-B Uluslararası Yarışma/Etkinlik Katılım Desteği” çağrısı ile de yurt dışında düzenlenen yarışma ve etkinliklere katılım için destek verilecektir.

With the aim of contributing to the development of human capital, which is one of the main components of the National Technology Initiative, new support calls have been designed to encourage high school students, students at higher education levels, graduates and entrepreneurs to produce projects, to improve their projects through feedback and to participate in domestic and international scientific competitions and events. 

Within the scope of the Program, whose transportation sponsor is Turkish Airlines, support will be provided for participation in competitions and events organized domestically with the "4001-A National Competition/Event Participation Support" call, and for participation in competitions and events organized abroad with the "4001-B International Competition/Event Participation Support" call.
