Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) which is resident in Turkey can apply.

Türkiye’de yerleşik Küçük ve Orta Büyüklükteki İşletmeler (KOBİ) ölçeğindeki sermaye şirketleri başvurabilir.

Generally, two calls are opened per year and applications are generally made in January-February and July-August. Call announcements can be followed at www.tubitak.gov.tr.

1501 Sanayi Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programına başvurular çağrı duyurularına göre yapılır. Çağrı duyuruları www.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden takip edilebilir. Genel olarak yılda iki çağrı açılır ve yine genel olarak başvuru Ocak-Şubat ve Temmuz-Ağustos aylarında yapılır.

Project proposals are submitted online at https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.

Proje başvuruları çevrimiçi olarak https://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr internet adresinden yapılır.

There is no topic limitation unless otherwise stated in the call announcement. 

Çağrı duyurusunda aksi belirtilmediği sürece konu sınırlaması yoktur. Tüm sektörlerden ve tüm teknoloji alanlarındaki Ar-Ge projeleri için başvuru yapılabilir.

The support rate is 75% unless otherwise stated in the call announcement and there is no limit for the total project budget. The support is provided as non-refundable grant.

Çağrı duyurusunda aksi belirtilmediği sürece destek oran %75’tir ve projenin toplam bütçesi için sınır yoktur. Sağlanan destek hibe şeklindedir (geri ödemesizdir).

The following items related to R&D studies in the project can be included in the project budget:

a. Personnel costs,

b. Travel expenses of the project staff (Intercity and international economy class transportation expenses can be supported.)

c. Expenses for purchasing tools, equipment, software and publications (expenses for production infrastructure are excluded),

d. Material and consumable expenses,

e. Domestic and international consultancy and other service procurement expenses (CPA expense is included.)

f. Expenses for R&D services outsourced to universities in Turkey, R&D units affiliated with TÜBİTAK, private sector R&D organizations and similar R&D institutions and organizations.

Projedeki Ar-Ge çalışmaları ile ilişkili olacak aşağıdaki giderler desteklenir:

a. Personel giderleri,

b. Proje personeline ait seyahat giderleri (ekonomi sınıfı ve şehir içi hariç)

c. Alet, teçhizat, yazılım ve yayın alım giderleri (üretim altyapısına yönelik giderler hariçtir),

d. Malzeme ve sarf giderleri,

e. Yurt içi ve yurt dışı danışmanlık ve diğer hizmet alımı giderleri (YMM ve AGY101 ve AGY301 dokümanlarının hazırlatma giderleri dahildir.)

f. Türkiye’deki üniversitelere, TÜBİTAK’a bağlı Ar-Ge birimlerine, özel sektör ArGe kuruluşlarına ve benzeri Ar-Ge kurum ve kuruluşlarına yaptırılan Ar-Ge hizmeti giderleri.

Unless stated otherwise in the call announcement, there is no limit on the number of projects that can be submitted.

No, you cannot. Projects whose R&D activities have been completed before the project application are not supported.

Hayır. Ar-Ge faaliyetleri proje başvurusundan önce tamamlanmış projeler desteklenmez.

It is not taken back under normal circumstances. However, in projects that are abolished due to the intent of the organization, all payments made are collected from the organization by applying default interest at the rates specified in Law No. 6183 (please see 1501 Program Implementation Principles).

Normal koşullarda geri alınmaz. Ancak, kuruluşun kastı nedeni ile yürürlükten kaldırılan projelerde, yapılan tüm ödemeler, 6183 sayılı Kanunda belirtilen oranlarda gecikme faizi uygulanarak kuruluştan tahsil edilir (bkz. 1501 Programı Uygulama Esasları).
