The first term call application results for the 2205-Undergraduate Scholarship Programme for the year 2024, carried out by TÜBİTAK Science Fellowships and Grant Programme Directorate announced. Applicants can view the results regarding their application status from "My Applications" section by logging in BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr).

2205-Undergraduate Scholarship Program for the Year 2024, First Term applications have been received between 11–29 March 2024. In total, 63 students from 10 different universities who met the application conditions were entitled to receive scholarships.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No documents are requested from candidates who are eligible to receive a scholarship. Students who are not eligible for the scholarship will be informed via e-mail.

2205-Lisans Burs Programı 2024 yılı 1. dönem başvuruları 11–29 Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında alınmıştır. Başvuru koşullarını sağlayan 10 farklı üniversiteden toplam 63 kişi burs almaya hak kazanmıştır.

ÖNEMLİ NOT: Burs almaya hak kazanan adaylardan herhangi bir belge talep edilmemektedir. Bursa hak kazanamayan öğrencilere e-posta yoluyla bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

419 PhD Students of 2.929 applications are supported for scholarship within the 2211-A National PhD Scholarship Program
2 PhD Students of 16 applications are supported for scholarship within the 2211-B National PhD Scholarship Program for Social Sciences and Humanities
57 PhD Students of 57 applications are supported for scholarship within the 2211-E National PhD Scholarship Program for Former Undergraduate and MSc/MA Scholars

IMPORTANT NOTE: Information regarding the documents that will be required to finalize the scholarship of the candidates who are entitled to receive a scholarship in the 2211-A and 2211-B Programs will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the candidates. In addition, the e-mail addresses of all students who are not eligible for the scholarship will be notified of their evaluation scores and the reasons for not being supported.

No field was opened in the Project Application System for Intellectual Property Rights Protocol, Ethics Committee Approval document, Legal / Private Permit document, Support Letter and Proforma Invoices, do I need to send it by mail?

No, these documents do not need to be sent at the application stage. If it is decided to support your project, it is expected that the documents will be delivered to our Institution in full and in the desired format within the time given by the relevant Research Support Group. If the documents cannot be obtained within the time given, it will not be possible to implement the project.

Projem için gerekli olan Fikri Mülkiyet Hak Sahipliği Protokolü, Etik Kurul Onay Belgesi, Yasal/Özel İzin Belgesi, Destek Mektubu ve Proforma Faturalar için Proje Başvuru Sisteminde Ek Dosyalar kısmında alan açılmadı, posta ile göndermem gerekiyor mu?

Hayır, söz konusu belgelerin başvuru aşamasında gönderilmesi gerekmemektedir. Projenizin desteklenmesine karar verilmesi halinde, ilgili Araştırma Destek Grubu tarafından verilen süre içerisinde belgelerin eksiksiz olarak ve istenilen formatta Kurumumuza iletilmesi beklenmektedir. Belgelerin, belirtilen süre içinde temin edilememesi halinde projenin yürürlüğe alınması mümkün olamayacaktır.

İdari ve Mali İzleme Formları

The purpose of the program is to support the projects proposed by researchers who are from university, government institution and private R&D firms and do not participate in a project as a principal investigator granted by TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) ARDEB (Research Support Programs Directorate).

Project Duration

The maximum project duration is 24 months for each project proposed under the program.

Project Budget

The maximum grant amount is 60.000 Turkish Liras (except for project promotion bonus for researchers and public and private institution allocation (ten percent of the total project budget)) regardless of the project duration.

Scholarship

Undergraduate Student: 500 TL/per month
Master’s Student: 2200 TL/per month
PHD Student: 2500 TL/per month
Post Doctorate: 2800 TL/per month

Travel Expenses

Upper limit for the expenses which cover to attend to a national or international scientific meeting or field work in a project budget is 10.000 TL.

Dissemination Expenses

Upper limit for the expenses which cover to disseminate the results of a project in a budget is 5.000 TL.

Project Promotion Bonus for Researchers

There is a conditional Project Promotion Bonus under the program.
If the principal investigator is granted for a project under a different program (1001, 1003, 1005, 3501, 1007, COST and Bilateral Cooperation (except for a project funded for travel expenses) by TÜBİTAK ARDEB during the project duration or two years after which the granted project is ended under the current program, there will be a project promotion bonus calculated for research team (principal researchers, researchers and advisers).

Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığı tarafından yürütülmekte olan “3001- Başlangıç Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı” 7 Temmuz 2018 tarihi itibariyle başvuruya kapatılmıştır.

Mevcut projeler için koşullu (*) olarak PTİ ödemesi yapılmaktadır.

(*) Proje yürütücüsü / araştırmacı / danışmanlara; proje yürütücüsünün, 3001 projesi yürürlükte iken veya proje sonuçlandıktan sonra 2 yıl içinde TÜBİTAK-ARDEB tarafından yürütülmekte olan 1001, 1003, 1005,3501,1007, COST ve ikili işbirliği (sadece seyahat desteği alınan projeler hariç) programları kapsamında bir projesinin desteklenmesi durumunda PTİ verilir.
