Within the framework of the Türkiye Green Industry Project carried out by TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology with the support of the World Bank, the technical assistance services that SMEs will receive to meet the requirements within the scope of compliance with the green transformation requirements will be supported by the 1831 Climate-informed and Green Innovation Technology Extension Program

90% of the services that companies will receive from expert organizations on issues such as technology consultancy, capacity or situation analysis, detection of current problems and solution approaches and road map preparation for current green technologies will be covered by TÜBİTAK as grant support. The support period is maximum 6 months and the upper limit of the project budget is 210,000 TL. TUBITAK will ensure that this service for SMEs is provided through Solution Partners. Points to be considered in Application

The following points should be taken into consideration during the application:

  • The Principal Investigator (PI), researchers and consultants should register in the TUBITAK - Researcher Information System (ARBIS) Database and their records should be up-to-date,
  • The PI, researchers and consultants should reside in the territory of Republic of Türkiye (Non-Turkish citizens can be PI/researcher/consultant in a project if they are working in an institution located in Türkiye.),
  • "Limits for Taking Part in Projects" for PI and researchers should not be exceeded,
  • Not to apply to another program with the same project proposal before the evaluation procedure is concluded (In case of multiple applications, the first application is taken into consideration, the other project application is returned without being evaluated),
  • To fill all the titles in the application form completely and with sufficient information to evaluate the project scientifically,
  • To use the most up-to date format of the application form which is available on the Online Application System, and to prepare the application in Turkish(*) (excluding abstract in English and international publications given as reference)
  • The application form should not exceed 12 pages except Annex-1 References and Annex-2 Budget and Justification,
  • In case the same/similar project proposal has been submitted previously and rejected as a result of scientific evaluation, "Project Proposal Modification Form" created automatically by the system in line with the information entered into the Electronic Application System should be filled in considering all the comments/corrections given in scientific evaluation report.
  • The statements in proposal text should not be substantially similar to the statements in the projects previously submitted to our Institution (including the projects ongoing and concluded),
  • The members of the project team should not have ongoing, concluded or recently proposed projects submitted to TÜBİTAK or to a different institution/organization with the same/similar content of the proposal,
  • The proposal should not include field work in abroad,
  • The amount of fund requested from TÜBİTAK should not exceed the budget upper limits determined for the “1002-A Short-Term Support Module” (The amount of fund requested in "General Budget Table” in the “Annex-2 Budget and Justification” should not differ from the amounts requested during the online application.),
  • The plan for field study carried out within the scope of the project should be submitted,
  • In case of doctorate students / specialization students in medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, veterinary medicine /proficiency in arts students are the PI, the project proposal shall be submitted with justification of meeting the needs that arise during the execution of the doctoral theses (If the PI is a doctoral student; the thesis supervisor cannot be a researcher, but a supervisor.),
  • To complete the steps in the Online Application System completely, making sure that the files uploaded to the system are openable and correct,
  • The e-signature process must be completed within 15 days (The project team - the PI, the researcher(s), the consultant(s) - the rights holders other than the project team, the doctoral thesis advisor if the PI is a PhD student, and all the executive/participant institutions/organizations must have qualified electronic certificates),
  • As an authorized officer for e-signature; the signature of the Rector or authorized Vice Rector in universities and hospitals /institutes affiliated to universities, Hospital Director, Chief Physician or authorized Deputy Chief Physician in hospitals, the General Manager or Deputy General Manager / President or Deputy President for other institutions is required,
  • The project shall comply with the research project criteria, should not be a routine study for the assessment of current situation or data collection,
  • The project should not be aimed at building infrastructure,
  • The list of references attached should be associated with the text, and all the studies referred in the project proposal should be included in the list of References,
  • To determine whether the project requires an Ethics Committee Approval and Legal / Private Permit. If required, in case the project is decided to be supported, the documents should be submitted fully within the time given and in desired format. If the documents cannot be obtained within the given time, the project will not be implemented. Thus, the application to the relevant organizations to get these documents should not be delayed. (Ethics Committee Approval Information, Legal/Private Permits Information),
  • If an application was previously submitted to TÜBİTAK with the same project proposal, and it is evaluated as insufficient in terms of the scientific excellence criterion twice, an application cannot be submitted for the third time with the same project proposal.
  • If an application has been made to the 1002-A Short-Term Support Module with the same project proposal, and if the project is not found appropriate to be supported 3 times as a result of the scientific evaluation, within the scope of this Module, not to apply to the 1002-A Short-Term Support Module for the 4th time with the same project proposal,
  • The persons working in TÜBİTAK Headquarters/ Institutes shall not be included in the project team as PI / researcher/consultant.

 

(*) It is possible for foreign nationals to fill in the Application Form and its annexes in English; however, the language to be used in the Application Form and the Final Reports to be prepared during the monitoring process must be the same.

Within the scope of 2205-Undergraduate Scholarship Program, support is given for Turkish Citizens who received medals in the National Science Olympiads, the International Science Olympiads and the International Project Contest as well as having undergraduate education on basic science and social sciences programs determined by TÜBİTAK.

2204-B ORTAOKUL ÖĞRENCİLERİ ARAŞTIRMA PROJELERİ YARIŞMASI

2025 YILI DEĞERLENDİRME SÜRECİ HAKKINDA

2204-B Ortaokul Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Yarışması’nın başvuru dönemi, 7 Şubat 2025 itibarıyla sona ermiştir. 

Yarışmaya başvuru yapan projelerin ön değerlendirme süreci başlamış olup bu aşamanın sonucuna ilişkin bilgilendirme, süreç tamamlandığında bu web sayfasından yapılacaktır. 

Yarışmanın bölge aşamasının, yarışmanın web sayfasında yayınlanacak adreslerde, 7-10 Nisan 2025 tarihleri arasında fiziki olarak yapılması planlanmaktadır. 

Sürece ilgi gösteren tüm proje sahibi öğrencilerimize başarılar dileriz.

Kimler Başvurabilir?

Yükseköğretim Kanunu kapsamında yer alan yükseköğretim kurumları,

  • Eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri,

  • Kamu kurum ve kuruluşları,

  • Sektör ve büyüklüğüne bakılmaksızın firma düzeyinde katma değer yaratan ve ticaret sicil belgesi olan Türkiye’de yerleşik sermaye şirketleri (özel kuruluşlar)

TÜBİTAK 1071- Uluslararası Araştırma Fonlarından Yararlanma Kapasitesinin ve Uluslararası Ar-Ge İşbirliklerine Katılımın Arttırılmasına Yönelik Destek Programı hükümleri doğrultusunda desteklenecektir.

  •  Vakıflar, dernekler ve bunların iktisadi işletmeleri, kooperatifler, birlikler, şahıs şirketleri ve adi ortaklıklardan başvuru kabul edilmez.

Küresel İnovasyon Ailesi olarak kendini konumlandıran ve üye kuruluşları arasında fikir, bilgi ve deneyim alışverişini kolaylaştırmak ve teknolojik uygulamaların bölgesel ve uluslararası düzeyde koordinasyonunu sağlamayı amaçlayan Dünya Endüstriyel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kuruluşları Birliği (WAITRO)’nin 2024 yılı Zirvesi 13-15 Kasım 2024 tarihlerinde Çin’in Nanjing kentinde düzenlenecek.

WAITRO Başkanı Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal’ın da açılış konuşmacısı olarak yer aldığı “İnovasyon’dan Etki’ye” ana temalı Zirve'ye Araştırma ve Teknoloji Kuruluşları, üniversiteler, özel sektör temsilcileri, çok taraflı kuruluşlar, KOBİ'ler, kamu kurumları ve STK'lardan temsilciler katılım sağlayarak fonlayıcı kurum ve kuruluşlarla bağlantı kurabilecek. Aynı zamanda, katılımcılar WAITRO Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Çalışma Grupları'nın üyesi olma, panel oturumları ve çalıştaylara katılarak, diğer araştırmacılar ve girişimcilerle de bir araya gelerek iş birliği geliştirme imkanına sahip olabilecek.

Zirve’de TÜBİTAK’ın da koordinasyonu ile Dijital ve Yeşil Dönüşüm, Afete Dayanıklı Şehirler ve Su ve Sanitasyon çalıştaylarının gerçekleştirilmesi planlanıyor. Ayrıca, kuluçka merkezleri, hızlandırıcılar ve girişimcilik oturumları da yer alacak.

Eureka Network projeleri kapsamında açılan Hafifletme Teknolojileri konulu uluslararası çağrıda en az iki EUREKA üyesi ülkeden (en az biri AB üyesi ya da Ufuk Avrupa Asosiye ülkesi olmak kaydıyla) kuruluşun yer aldığı uluslararası Ar-Ge projeleri aracılığıyla, piyasaya sürülebilecek ürün, süreç ya da hizmet ortaya koyulabilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.

1812 Yatırım Tabanlı Girişimcilik Destek Programında (BiGG Yatırım) girişimcilerin iş fikirlerini sunduğu, ilk değerlendirmelerin gerçekleştirildiği ve hızlandırma programının yürütüldüğü 1. Aşaması Uygulayıcı Kuruluşlar tarafından yürütülmektedir. Bu çerçevede 2026-2028 dönemi için 1. aşama faaliyetlerini yürütecek Uygulayıcı Kuruluşları belirlemek üzere 1601 - Yenilik ve Girişimcilik Alanlarında Kapasite Artırılmasına Yönelik Destek Programı kapsamında yeni bir çağrıya çıkılmıştır.

Bu çağrı ile belirlenecek Hızlandırma Programında yer alacak Uygulayıcı Kuruluşlardan, BiGG Yatırım Programı kapsamında açılacak tüm çağrılar için girişimcilere yönelik hızlandırma programı açması, girişimcilerin iş fikri başvurularını alması ve değerlendirmesi, başarılı bir girişime dönüşme potansiyeli olan iş fikirleri için hızlandırma programı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

Uygulayıcı kuruluşların yürüteceği hızlandırma programlarının çerçevesi, BiGG Yatırım Hızlandırma Programı Aşaması (Aşama 1) Uygulayıcı Kuruluş Kılavuzu ile belirlenmiştir. Bu çağrı sonucunda Uygulayıcı Kuruluşların, Kılavuzda belirtilen çerçevede girişimcilerin iş fikirlerini nitelikli iş planlarına dönüştürecekleri özgün, etkili ve uygulanabilir mekanizmalar ile hızlandırma programları yürütmeleri hedeflenmektedir.

Başvurular 17.10.2025’e kadar PRODİS üzerinden alınacaktır. Kuruluşların 10.10.2025 tarihine kadar PRODİS üzerinden proje bazlı ön kayıt işlemlerini gerçekleştirerek ön kayıt belgelerini TÜBİTAK’a ulaştırmaları gerekmektedir.

  • Program kapsamında yalnızca yol, konaklama ve etkinlik katılım ücreti için destek sağlanmaktadır. Bu kalemler dışındaki harcamalar (şehir içi ulaşım giderleri, vize masrafları, yurt dışı çıkış harcı, yemek masrafları vb.) karşılanmamaktadır.

  • Başvuru geri çekme işlemi her aşamada yapılabilir. Başvuruyu geri çekmek için (https://e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr/giris.htm) giriş yaptıktan sonra "Kişisel" üst modülünden "Başvuruya İlişkin İşlemler" e tıklayarak başvuru geri çekme dilekçesini (başvuru numarası, yılı ve dönemini belirten imzalı bir dilekçe) sisteme yükleyerek ilgili başvuruyu geri çekebilirsiniz.

  • Başvuru sonuçlarına BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemi’ne giriş yapılarak ulaşılabilir.

  • Program kapsamında avans/ön ödeme yapılmamakta olup destek ödemesi kişinin dönüşü sonrasında gerekli belgeleri sunması üzerine geri ödeme şeklinde gerçekleştirilir.

  • Ödeme belgeleri ile elektronik fatura/biletler başvuru sahibinin adına olması veya faturada isminin yer alması ve tüm detayları (isim-soy isim, tarih, tutar, ödeme detayı vb.) içermesi koşuluyla kabul edilmektedir. Uçak ve otel harcamalarına ilişkin rezervasyon aşamasını gösteren belgeler kabul edilmez. Faturada birden fazla kişinin isminin geçmesi durumunda toplam fatura tutarı kişi sayısına bölünerek ödeme yapılır.

The results of the 1832 Green Transformation in Industry 2024-1 Call, which was opened within the scope of the World Bank Türkiye Green Industry Project and aims to support the green transformation of our country's industry, have been announced.

A total of 73 project applications were submitted for the 1832-2024-1 call. It has been decided to support 40 of these projects. You can access the list of supported projects and rejected projects via the links below.

We congratulate the organizations whose projects have been supported, and remind those whose projects were rejected that they can revise their applications and apply for the upcoming 1832 Calls.

Firms can access the latest status of their project proposals through the project information page on the eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr website.

For accepted projects the support letters, the reimbursable support contract, the project contract, and its annexes; for rejected projects, the detailed rejection explanations will be sent to the firms' KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) addresses. The printed contracts will not be sent to the firms. Instead, the firms will print one copy of the contracts attached to the support letter, sign it, and send it to TÜBİTAK via post/courier.

INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY

The technology is related to the calibration of the output powers of probes belonging to the ultrasonographic diagnostic (imaging) and treatment devices. With the help of the invention, the output powers of probes that is related to ultrasound diagnostic (imaging) and treatment devices can be determined.

The ultrasonic power meter device that makes ultrasonic power measurement from one place to another easily as a portable way, facilitates effective decision-making on the working performance of ultrasonic probes in order to determine whether the ultrasonic probes have the 5 output power specified in the manufacturer's catalogs for the purpose of determining in a practical, easy and fast manner whether they work effectively.

Initiation of the Fellowship

The fellow is obliged to initiate the research and fellowship within 12 months of the announcement of the support decision by coming to Türkiye. The status of the fellows who cannot start their research due to health, natural disaster and similar force majeure and other reasons can be evaluated by GYK and the fellowship initiation period can be deferred up to 6 months at the most. A fellow who does not begin his/her research within 12 months without the decision of the GYK cannot claim any rights on the fellowship.

Required Documents to Initiate the Fellowship

  • Selected candidates will be sent an official award letter jointly signed by TÜBİTAK and TWAS-UNESCO. Before any visa and travel arrangements can start, fellows must sign the award letter and return it to TWAS-UNESCO and BİDEB-TÜBİTAK.

  • Letter of commitment signed by the researcher and the academic advisor(s) at the university in which the research will be carried out.

  • If the research requires, the approval certificate obtained from the Ethics Committee of the university in which the research will be conducted or from any relevant Ethics Committee, should be submitted to BİDEB. 

After the submission of the above-mentioned documents to BİDEB, support payments of the fellow will be initiated based on the starting date of the research.

The researcher to be supported should start his research by sending the following documents as soon as possible after the support decision. The coordinator may request to postpone the project start date for a maximum of 6 months due to force majeure.

  • In case the coordinator is working in public research centers, the letter of approval to be obtained from the highest official of the public institution to which the relevant public research center is affiliated,

  • It should be obtained before research if the study requires any legal / special permission certificate and/or Ethics Committee certificate (animal experiments ethics committees, clinical trials ethics committees and non-interventional human trials ethics committees).

Guideline on The Responsible and Reliable Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Research Funding Processes

Taking into account the impacts of rapid developments in artificial intelligence technologies on research processes, TÜBİTAK has prepared the " Guideline on The Responsible and Reliable Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Research Funding Processes". The guidelines address the opportunities offered by GenAI tools, particularly large language models, as well as challenges such as misinformation generation, data privacy violations, intellectual property issues, and ethical risks.
In the guideline, the rules regarding the use of GenAI for applicants are explained in detail. GenAI can be used for supportive purposes such as literature review, language assistance, coding help, or visualization; however, applicants are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical appropriateness of the content in all cases. Entering confidential data into GenAI tools is prohibited. Furthermore, it is mandatory to transparently declare the significant use of GenAI in project preparations.
For Reviewers, a stricter rule has been introduced; the use of GenAI tools in evaluation processes is completely forbidden to protect confidentiality, impartiality, and scientific integrity. The guidelines also define implementation, monitoring, and updating mechanisms, assigning clear responsibilities to all stakeholders. Thus, TÜBİTAK aims to ensure that scientific research and funding processes in the age of artificial intelligence are conducted in an ethical, reliable and transparent manner.

The 2026 preliminary evaluation results of the 2204-B Middle School Students Research Projects Competition, organized to encourage students continuing their secondary education to conduct studies in the fields of basic, social, and applied sciences, to direct their work, and to contribute to their scientific development, have been announced.

In the 2026 call period of the 2204-B Middle School Students Research Projects Competition, carried out within the TÜBİTAK Department of Science Fellowships and Grant Programmes (BİDEB), a total of 19,437 project applications were made with the participation of 30,967 students in 10 fields.

In the preliminary evaluation stage of the competition, the project applications were evaluated by academicians working in various universities of our country. As a result of this evaluation, it has been decided that a total of 2,514 students, the owners of 1,200 projects, will exhibit their projects at the regional competition.

The PRIMA (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area) Programme’s Section 2 Call 2026 National Information Day will be held online on 15 April 2026 at 10:00 (UTC+3). The PRIMA Programme is a multilateral international research funding initiative focused on the Mediterranean region.
