STAR aims to encourage undergraduate students and teachers to engage in research by participating in scientific projects. STAR Program gives support for undergraduate students and teachers who will be scholar at projects, which are funded by TUBİTAK, conducted in TUBITAK Institutes or funded by Research Universities Support Program (ADEP) of Council Of Higher Education (YOK). STAR Program 2025/2 call is open for undergraduate students and teachers, who may apply for projects via the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System (https://ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) between 24 November 2025 and 08 December 2025 (17:30 (UTC+3)).
Contemporary applications are open for students of bachelor’s degree who are accepted as an intern to a TÜBİTAK funded project or a TÜBİTAK-centered project.
Students will be paid 5.250 TL per month for max. 6 months
To be a Turkish citizen or to hold Blue Card mentioned in the law numbered 5901

Applicants, who are currently working at part-time or full time job are not allowed to apply to this program
Applications are made online through the BIDEB Application and Monitoring System e-bideb within the application dates. Application documents must be uploaded online to the system.
