The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye grants fellowships for scientists/researchers planning to do research abroad in the areas of Natural Sciences, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences and Humanities, and Engineering and Technological Sciences. Maximum duration of the fellowship is 12 months. Fellows are required to use their fellowships within 12 months after notification of the fellowship.
Fellowship Details:
A monthly stipend of 2600 USD/2350 EUR (maximum).
Travel costs (round trip) for both fellow and his/her spouse.
The payments are deposited to the fellow's bank account opened either in Türkiye or in the host country.
The fellows are required to return to Türkiye after completing their research and fullfill their compulsory service
