The Technology and Innovation Support Programmes Directorate (TEYDEB) conducts the 1501-Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme and the 1507-SME R&D Startup Grant Programme to support the project-based research, technology development, and innovation activities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Two calls are opened each year under these programs.
Updates, effective from the 2026 second calls, have been introduced to the 1501-Industrial R&D Projects Grant Program and the 1507-SME R&D Startup Grant Program. Some updates and the call calendar are presented below.
The funding rate to be applied to projects under the 1501 Program will be determined progressively based on the number of supported projects of the company as detailed below.
For the company's first 5 supported projects:

*The TÜBİTAK contribution per project is limited at 20 Million TL.
Projects with contracts signed from 01.01.2020 are included in the scope of the first 5 projects. Projects supported in the 1505, 1512/1812, 1831, 1702 programs within the first 5 project support are not included in this number. Only supported projects of the supplier organization will be taken into consideration in 1711 and 1707 calls.
Additional points given in the evaluation according to the commercialization performance of companies' past TÜBİTAK-supported projects have been updated to a range of -5 to 5 points.
Applications for the 2026 2nd call are planned to be accepted via PRODİS starting from 20 July 2026, in accordance with the call calendar below.
