2214-A International Research Fellowship Programme for PhD Students 2026 Call is open for application. Within the scope of the program, support is provided to PhD students for conducting research abroad with the aim of increasing scientific productivity, strengthening international collaborations, and enhancing academic competence by acquiring innovative methods and approaches in their fields, in line with the priority needs of our country.
