2219-Aziz Sancar Postdoctoral Research Fellowship Program, named after our Nobel laureate scientist Prof. Dr. Aziz SANCAR, was initiated in 2022. Within the scope of the program, researchers who are personally selected by Prof. Dr. Aziz SANCAR, will have the opportunity to carry out their postdoctoral research in SANCAR laboratory.
In the 2022 application cycle, 1 female researcher was awarded a grant and in the 2023 application cycle, 2 male researchers were awarded. In the 2024 application cycle 2 female researchers have been selected to conduct their postdoctoral research in Prof. Dr. Aziz SANCAR's laboratory.
