Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program and under the scientific cooperation agreement and its implementation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the National Agency for Research and Development (NARD), joint research projects to be carried out between researchers in Türkiye and Moldova will be supported.

Scientists in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must reach an agreement with researchers working in Moldova as project partners. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.
