Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme and under the Agreement on Scientific and Technological Cooperation and its implementation protocol between TÜBİTAK and the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS), joint research projects to be carried out between researchers in Türkiye and Slovakia will be supported.
Academic cooperation projects in the following thematic areas will be supported:
Health: Artificial intelligence in health applications, pharmaceuticals
Information and Communication Technologies Sensor technologies, ICT for quality of life
Advanced Materials / Technologies: Biomaterials, nanomaterials, functional materials
Environment / Global Change: Climate change, environment, biodiversity, societal transformation
Scientists in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint research project must reach an agreement with researchers working in Slovakia as project partners. Unilateral project applications will not be accepted.
