In line with the National Technology Initiative, the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Program has been implemented since 2013 to encourage children and young people to engage in scientific thinking, conduct research and develop projects as part of our country’s determined progress in science and technology.
Through the Program, millions of students across all 81 provinces have so far had the opportunity to develop scientific projects, conduct research and present their work.
Under the Program, which contributes to students’ development of scientific knowledge and skills, acquisition of a research culture and sharing of their scientific work, projects are developed and science fairs are organized by students in grades 5–12 on thematic topics identified in line with Türkiye’s priorities and current trends in science and technology.
To support students’ scientific studies and contribute to the wider dissemination of science fairs, the 2026 calls for the 13th term of the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Program have been announced.
Applications can be submitted via the website until 13 November 2026, 17:30 (UTC+3).
