The BiGG Investment Program consists of three stages aimed at transforming innovative business ideas into commercial products/processes/services. Entrepreneurs can proceed to the next stage by completing each stage in sequence.
The acceleration program stage (Stage 1) is where entrepreneurs submit their business ideas to acceleration programs, the implementing organization evaluates these business ideas, and provides entrepreneurs with training, guidance, incubation, and other services. Pre-seed investment stage (Stage 2): This is the stage where business plans are evaluated, and entrepreneurs whose business plans are deemed eligible for support as a result of the evaluation and are awarded the Seal of Excellence establish a company in line with the definition of an organization with an investment from the TÜBİTAK BiGG Fund.
Seed investment stage (Stage 3): This is the stage where investments are made to accelerate the growth of organizations that have received investment from the TÜBİTAK BiGG Fund or have completed their projects with support under the TÜBİTAK Entrepreneurship Support Program with code 1512.
Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi A.Ş. TÜBİTAK BiGG+ Venture Capital Investment Fund (BİGG+ GSYF) will make seed investments in companies that have been evaluated under this call and are eligible to receive the Seal of Excellence after a detailed review. The seed investment provided aims to accelerate the development of ventures with high potential for creating added value and qualified employment.
Companies established in Türkiye after 1 January 2016, that have received pre-seed investment in the Investment-Based Entrepreneurship Support Program (code 1812) and have completed their project, or that have completed their project carried out with the support provided under the Entrepreneurship Support Program (code 1512), may apply to this call. In the evaluation, issues such as the organization's domestic and international sales, growth rate and the capital it has previously secured from other individual or institutional investors will be taken into consideration.
Business plans deemed suitable following TÜBİTAK's evaluation will be awarded the Seal of Excellence. BİGG+ GSYF will initiate a due diligence process for companies whose business plans are eligible for the Seal of Excellence. If BİGG+ GSYF decides to invest, an investment offer will be sent to the company. If the investment is in the form of a shareholding, the share that BİGG+ GSYF will acquire from the organization will not exceed 10%. The upper limit of the investment amount is 8 million TL.
Applications will be accepted via TEYDEB PRODİS on 5 October 2026–20 November 2026. Companies must complete their organization-based pre-registration procedures via TEYDEB PRODİS and submit their pre-registration documents to TÜBİTAK by 17 November 2026.
