Due to the revisions which will be made on the ARDEB 1005 Program, applications to the 1005 program with the existing application forms will not be accepted as of 7 August 2026.
Improvements will made on the 1005–National New Ideas and New Products Research Funding Program conducted by the Directorate for Research Funding Programmes (ARDEB). In this context, online applications of project proposals which will be submitted with the existing application forms must be completed from the ARDEB Project Application System (PBS) until 6 August 2026 23.59 (UTC+3). (E-signature processes of the project proposals confirmed before 6 August 2026 23.59 (UTC+3) can be completed until 21 August 2026 23.59 (UTC+3).) As of 7 August 2026, applications to the 1005 Program will be temporarily suspended to allow for the updates.
Announcement regarding the new processes and procedures of the 1005 Program will be done later.
