A joint call titled "Oceans: Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation" was opened within the scope of CONCERT Japan, an independent platform aiming to develop scientific and technological cooperation between Europe and Japan. The joint call which has been jointly published by the funding organizations from Japan, Türkiye, Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, and Spain.
Application deadline: 22 July 2025 (10:00 Central European Time)
Proposals that will be submitted to the call must meet the following criteria:
•Project applications should include international cooperation and be presented in the field of "Oceans: Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation" with interdisciplinary approaches,
•Each project consortium submitting an application should consist of at least three eligible beneficiaries (project partners), one from Japan and two from two different European countries participating in the Joint Call,
•Applications must be made in English, with all necessary information and forms, at https://ptoutline.eu/app/eigjapan_jc2025 by 22 July 2025 (10.00, Central European Time) (The project coordinator will make a single international application on behalf of the project consortium),
•In addition to the international application, partners applying from Türkiye must submit a national pre-application to TÜBİTAK at https://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/ until 25 July 2025 (23.59, Türkiye Time).
