The 2025 call for TÜBİTAK Science Talks, conducted by the TÜBİTAK Science and Society Department, has been launched.
The programme aims to bring together distinguished scientists with primary, secondary, and high school students, as well as all citizens who are interested in science and scientific developments. Through these events, TÜBİTAK seeks to promote science literacy, strengthen science communication, and enhance the connection between society and the scientific community.
Key updates introduced for the new term of Science Talks:
Increased renumeration for speakers.
Compliance with personal data protection (KVKK) regulations for photo and video recordings.
Teachers holding a PhD degree and working in public institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education may also apply as speakers.
Provincial Directorates of National Education may apply with a minimum of 350 participants; District Directorates may apply with a minimum of 150 participants.
