Tohum öncesi aşamada TÜBİTAK BiGG desteği ile kurulan şirketler, Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi A.Ş. TÜBİTAK BiGG+ Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu ile bir sonraki tohum yatırımına ulaşma imkânı bulabilecek. TÜBİTAK, bu Fon ile girişimcilik ekosistemindeki paydaşlara ortak yatırım fırsatları oluşturarak girişimlerin teknolojik gelişimine ve katma değerli büyüme stratejisine katkı sağlayacak.

4691 sayılı Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgeleri Kanunu ile 5746 sayılı Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Tasarım Faaliyetlerinin Desteklenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgelerinde geliştirilen yazılım, tasarım ve Ar-Ge faaliyetleri alanında yararlanılan indirim tutarının 2 Milyon TL üzerinde olması durumunda, söz konusu tutarın %3’ü oranında yılsonuna kadar kanunda belirtilen yöntemler aracılığıyla girişim şirketlerine, girişim sermayesi yatırım ortaklıkları ya da girişim sermayesi yatırım fonlarına aktarılması zorunluluğu getirilmiştir.

Ar-Ge teşvikleri yatırım yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmek ve GSYF yatırımları için sağlanan diğer vergi avantajlarından faydalanmak üzere, Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi A.Ş. TÜBİTAK BiGG+ GSYF, TÜBİTAK destekli teknoloji şirketlerine yatırım yapmak isteyen kurumsal yatırımcıları da Fona katılmaya davet ediyor.

Companies established with TÜBİTAK BiGG support at the pre-seed stage will have the opportunity to reach the seed investment through the TÜBİTAK BiGG+ Venture Capital Investment Fund. TÜBİTAK will contribute to the technological development of ventures and value-added growth strategies by creating joint investment opportunities for stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem with this Fund.

Under the Law No. 4691 on Technology Development Zones and the Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research, Development, and Design Activities, if the amount of discount utilized in software, design, and R&D activities developed in Technology Development Zones exceeds 2 Million TL, it is mandatory to transfer 3% of that amount to venture companies, venture capital investment partnerships, or venture capital investment funds by the end of the year through the methods specified in the law.

In order to fulfill the investment obligation of R&D incentives and to benefit from other tax advantages provided for VCIF investments, TÜBİTAK BiGG+ VCIF invites institutional investors who want to invest in TÜBİTAK-supported technology companies to join the Fund.

Eurostars Koordinatörlük Desteği Programı kapsamında, Eurostars projelerinde koordinatör olarak yer almayı hedefleyen yenilikçi KOBİ’lerin konsorsiyumlar kurulması ve proje fikirlerini zenginleştirerek uluslararası Ar-Ge ve yenilik projeleri oluşturulmasına yönelik giderlerin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Eurostars Koordinatörlük Desteği Programı Ulusal Çağrıları TÜBİTAK web sitesinde duyurulur.

Eurostars Koordinatörlük Desteği  “TÜBİTAK Eureka Programı Kapsamında Proje Konsorsiyumları Oluşturma Amaçlı Seyahat ve Koordinatörlük Desteği Uygulama Esasları” kapsamında yürütülecektir.

The Eurostars Coordinatorship Support Programme aims to assist innovative SMEs in building consortia with international partners and enhance their project ideas. Within the scope of the programme, SMEs intending to apply as project coordinators will be eligible for project writing and presentation training or professional project preparation support.

The coordinatorship support is available for Eurostars calls. TÜBİTAK will announce supported events on their website.

The support would be provided under the “Implementation Principles for Travel and Coordination Support for the Formation of Project Consortia under the TÜBİTAK Eureka Programme.”.

Destek verilmesi uygun görülen Eurostars proje koordinatör adaylarının proje yazma-sunma eğitimi ve proje yazdırma hizmet bedelleri karşılanır.

Coordinator candidates may benefit from the project writing and presentation training support and project preparation support.

Desteğe, Eurostars kapsamındaki ilgili çağrılara başvurabilecek uygun şartları taşımak kaydıyla, Türkiye’de yerleşik sermaye şirketleri başvurabilir.

Only SMEs established in Türkiye are eligible to apply to the Eurostars Coordinatorship Support Program.

Eurostars Koordinatörlük Desteği başvuruları sadece elektronik ortamda http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresindeki çevrimiçi (online) uygulama (Proje Değerlendirme ve İzleme Sistemi -PRODİS) üzerinden yapılmaktadır

The coordinatorship support applications can only be submitted electronically through the online system (Project Evaluation and Monitoring System – PRODİS) available at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme, TÜBİTAK–National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation (NASRI) Bilateral Cooperation International Exchange Programme will provide comprehensive travel support for collaborative research projects proposed by researchers in Türkiye and Albania. In addition to the travel grant, TÜBİTAK will provide scholarship and representation-promotion grants.

Joint research projects from following thematic areas will be supported within the framework of this call: “Health”, “Food, Agriculture and Livestock Breeding”, Environment”, Social Sciences”, Information and Communication Technologies”.

Researchers in Türkiye who want to submit a joint research project should agree with researchers working in Albania, where they will carry out the project together as project partners. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK ile Arnavutluk Bilimsel Araştırma ve Yenilik Ulusal Ajansı (National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation–NASRI) arasındaki iş birliği protokolü çerçevesinde açılan çağrı ile Türkiye ve Arnavutluk’taki araştırmacılar tarafından sunulan proje önerileri için karşılıklı seyahat desteği verilecektir. Çağrı kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından seyahat desteği ile birlikte bursiyer ve temsil-tanıtım giderlerine yönelik destek de sağlanabilmektedir. 

TÜBİTAK–NASRI ikili iş birliği çağrısına “Sağlık”, “Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık”, “Çevre”, “Sosyal Bilimler” ve “Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojileri” alanlarında başvuru gerçekleştirilebilecektir. 

Ortak araştırma projesi sunmak isteyen Türkiye'deki proje ekiplerinin, projeyi birlikte yürütecekleri Arnavutluk’taki proje ekipleriyle proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.
