Fiziksel, duygusal, cinsel, ekonomik ve sözlü istismara veya şiddete uğrayan kadınların, şiddetten korunması, psiko-sosyal destek verilmesi, güçlenmesi ve bu dönemde varsa çocukları ile birlikte ihtiyaçlarının karşılanması için hizmet veren kadın konukevlerinin risk ve ihtiyaç temelli yaklaşım benimsenerek ihtisaslaşması ve kapasitelerinin geliştirilmesi amacıyla TÜBİTAK Kamu Kurumları Araştırma ve Geliştirme Projelerini Destekleme Programı (1007 Programı) kapsamında Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanlığının müşteri kurum olarak yer aldığı “İhtisaslaşmış Kadın Konukevleri Hizmet Modelinin Geliştirilmesi” başlıklı çağrı, Kamu Araştırmaları Destek Grubu (KAMAG) tarafından yayınlanmıştır.

Çağrı kapsamında doğrudan 2. aşama başvuruları alınacaktır.  Proje önerilerinin çevrim içi başvuru sistemine kaydedilerek onaylanması için son tarih 15 Kasım 2024 saat 23:59 olarak belirlenmiştir.

The call titled “Capacity Development of Specialized Women's Shelters” is now open. The call, in which the Republic Of Türkiye, Ministry of Family And Social Services is the client institution, aims to specialize and develop the capacities of women's shelters, which provide services to protect women who are subjected to physical, emotional, sexual, economic and verbal abuse or violence, to provide psycho-social support, to strengthen them and to meet the needs of women and their children, if any, during this period, by adopting a risk and need-based approach within the scope of the TÜBİTAK Public Institutions Research and Development Projects Support Program (1007 Programme).

Applications for this call will be received directly as Stage 2. The deadline for completing the online application is 15 October 2024 at 23.59 (UTC+3).

TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK- Alman Akademik Değişim Servisi (DAAD) iş birliği çerçevesinde açılan 5. çağrı ile Türkiye ve Almanya’daki araştırmacılar tarafından sunulan proje önerileri için karşılıklı seyahat desteği verilecektir. Çağrı kapsamında TÜBİTAK tarafından seyahat desteği ile bursiyer ve temsil-tanıtma giderlerine yönelik de destek sağlanabilmektedir.

Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türkiye'deki araştırmacıların, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri Almanya’daki araştırmacılar ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

Within the scope of TÜBİTAK 1071 Programme, TÜBİTAK - German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Bilateral Cooperation Travel Support Program will provide comprehensive travel support for collaborative research projects proposed by researchers in Türkiye and Germany. In addition to the travel grant, TÜBİTAK will provide scholarship and representation-promotion grants.

Researchers in Türkiye who want to submit a joint research project should agree with researchers working in Germany, where they will carry out the project together as project partners. Unilateral project applications are not accepted.

Proje konsorsiyumunda her iki ülkede faaliyet gösteren en az bir bağımsız kuruluşun yer alması zorunludur. Türkiye’den sermaye şirketi statüsündeki firmalar, ilgili ülkelerden en az bir ortakla birlikte doğrudan başvuru yapabilir. Üniversiteler ve araştırma merkezleri ise doğrudan başvuru yapamaz, ancak projelerde alt yüklenici olarak yer alabilirler. Proje fikirleri için süre kısıtlaması ve konu sınırlaması bulunmamaktadır.

Uluslararası başvurunuzun uygunluk kontrolü sonrasında, tarafımızdan bilgilendirme yapıldığında, firmalar http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr adresinden 1509 Sanayi ve Destek Ar-Ge Projeleri Destekleme Programı’na ulusal başvurularını tamamlayabilirler.

This initiative aims to support innovative, civilian projects focused on developing products, processes, or services across all technology and market areas, with strong market potential and the goal of providing solutions for the market. The project consortium must include at least one independent organization from each of the two countries involved.

A capital company from our country can directly apply for the project in partnership with at least one partner from the relevant countries. Universities and research centres cannot apply directly but can participate as subcontractors in projects. There are no upper limits on the duration of project ideas or restrictions on topics.

After the eligibility check of your international application, once you are notified by us, companies can complete their national application for the 1509 Industrial and Supporting R&D Projects Support Program at http://eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr.
