As part of the World Bank-supported Turkey Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB supports private sector product or process development activities for green transformation. The 2026 first call for the 1832-coded Green Transformation in Industry Program, part of the 1801-coded Reimbursable and Grant Support Program for Industrial R&D Projects, has been launched.

This call will support R&D activities in the TRL 3-9 range for companies' green transformation efforts. Projects are expected to primarily focus on technology validation studies aimed at commercialization, such as developing a new prototype for technologies that have progressed beyond the conceptual stage, further development or improvement work on an existing R&D prototype, or testing to validate or approve the prototype. Scaling up the developed technology or prototype is mandatory. Studies initiated before TRL 3 are considered basic research, while studies initiated at TRL 8, where a significant portion of the R&D process has already been completed, are excluded from this call.

Applications are open to both SMEs and large-scale organizations, and joint applications are also possible. Capital companies will receive interest-free repayable support, with a maximum repayment rate of 50%. The support rate is 70% for large-scale companies, 80% for SMEs, and 90% for SMEs in earthquake zones. Repayment of the support will begin one year after the project ends. For the full amount (100%) of the repayable support requested from TÜBİTAK, a Bank Reference Letter must be submitted during the application phase and a Guarantee Letter during the contract phase.

This call includes several significant changes that differentiate it from previous calls:

* The limitation of a maximum of 2 World Bank-supported projects per organization has been removed, and an organization-based budget tracking system has been implemented. Organizations can receive support for more than 2 projects, provided they do not exceed the program-specific upper limits determined according to their scale. Organizations that have previously received support under the program will be able to see their remaining limits under the 1832 program during the new project application process via PRODİS.

* The Green Transformation R&D and Innovation topics defining the scope of the call have been expanded. Submitted projects are expected to fall under one of the following topics:

o Climate Change, Environment and Biodiversity

o Clean and Circular Economy

o Clean, Accessible and Secure Energy Supply

o Green and Sustainable Agriculture

o Sustainable Smart Transportation

* The requirement that submitted projects must be a continuation of a previous R&D study has been removed. Organizations can submit a new project application without associating it with any previous project.

* The scope of R&D studies, previously THS 5-9, has been expanded to THS 3-9. With this, the THS completion level is expected to be at least THS 7. Scaling up is mandatory.

* The additional 20% grant support given to successfully completed projects has been abolished.

We would like to remind applicant organizations that they must have at least one staff member with a bachelor's degree in a field related to the project topic in order to apply to this call.

Implemented under Eureka Network Projects, one of Eureka’s key funding instruments, the Biotechnology Call was launched on 31 March 2026 with the participation of 16 countries, including Türkiye. In line with Eureka’s objectives, this call will support projects focused on the development of market-oriented products, processes, and services with high commercialization potential.

Purpose of the Call:

Collaborative international research, development, and technology projects aim to contribute to priority thematic areas such as advanced biomanufacturing, next-generation treatment methods and applications, biotechnological approaches in agriculture and veterinary sciences, and advanced diagnostics and data technologies, with a view to strengthening R&D and innovation cooperation in the field of biotechnology.

Under the call coded 1719-Eureka Biotechnology, the following entities from Türkiye are eligible to apply: companies with legal entity status, higher education institutions, public research centers and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures covered by Law No. 6550. Applications from the relevant institutions will be accepted provided that they include at least one company as a project partner. In projects submitted under this call, the project coordinator institution (applicant organization) must be a company.

Project applications under the Eureka Network Biotechnology Call will be carried out in accordance with the national call rules titled Eureka Network 2026 Biotechnology Call Announcement under call code 1719-Biotechnology.

Applicants are strongly advised to carefully review the call text before submitting their national application. Failure to comply with the application rules may result in the application being returned without evaluation.

Applications will be carried out in two stages: international and national.

Stage 1 / International Application: All partners are required to complete the Eureka project application form available on the call webpage online.

Stage 2 / National Application: Participants from Türkiye must submit their national applications to the TÜBİTAK 1719-Eureka Biotechnology National Call by 18 November 2026, in addition to the international application form.

Eureka’nın önemli destek mekanizmalarından biri olan Eureka Network Projeleri kapsamında yürütülen Biyoteknoloji Çağrısı, Ülkemizin de dâhil olduğu 16 ülkenin katılımıyla 31 Mart 2026 tarihi itibarıyla açılmıştır. Eureka’nın hedefleri doğrultusunda, bu çağrı kapsamında ticarileşme potansiyeli yüksek, pazara yönelik ürün, süreç ve hizmetlerin geliştirilmesine odaklanan projeler desteklenecektir.

Çağrının Amacı:

İş birliğine dayalı uluslararası araştırma, geliştirme ve teknoloji projeleri; biyoteknoloji alanında Ar-Ge ve yenilik iş birliklerinin güçlendirilmesine yönelik olarak ileri biyolojik üretim, yeni nesil tedavi yöntemleri ve uygulamaları, tarım ve veterinerlik alanındaki biyoteknolojik yaklaşımlar ile ileri tanı ve veri teknolojileri gibi öncelikli tematik alanlara katkı sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

1719-Eureka Biyoteknoloji Uluslararası Çağrısı’na ülkemizden sermaye şirketi statüsündeki firmalar, yükseköğretim kurumları, kamu araştırma merkez ve enstitüleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri ve 6550 sayılı kanun kapsamındaki araştırma altyapıları başvuruda bulunabilir. İlgili kurumların başvuruları en az bir sermaye şirketi ortaklığında kabul edilir. Çağrı kapsamında sunulan projelerde sermaye şirketi Yürütücü Kuruluş (Muhatap Kuruluş) olmalıdır.

Eureka Network- Biyoteknoloji proje başvuruları 1719-Biyoteknoloji kodlu ve Eureka Network 2026 Biyoteknoloji Çağrı Duyurusu başlıklı ulusal çağrı kuralları çerçevesinde yürütülecektir. 

Ulusal başvuru öncesinde çağrı metninin dikkatle incelenmesi gerekmektedir, başvuru kurallarına uyulmaması durumunda başvurunun değerlendirmeye alınmadan iade edilmesi söz konusu olabilir.

The Science Fairs Festival Call has been published with the aim of presenting the projects supported under the 4006-TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Program to wider audiences through festivals to be organized at provincial or district levels.

Through this call, it is aimed to present projects exhibited in schools to all segments of society and to promote the dissemination of scientific awareness. Additionally, the call seeks to increase scientific curiosity and create an environment that enables knowledge exchange among schools that have organized science fairs within the same province/district.

Only provincial or district directorates of national education can apply for this call. 

Applications must be submitted until 17 April 2026, 17.30 (UTC +3) via the Science Fairs Support Programme Application System.

4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı kapsamında desteklenen projelerin il ve ilçe düzeyinde düzenlenecek festivaller aracılığıyla daha geniş kitlelerle buluşturulması amacıyla açılan 4006-C Bilim Fuarları Festivali Desteği’nin 2. çağrısı yayınlanmıştır. 

Bu çağrıyla okullarda sergilenen projelerin toplumun her kesiminden vatandaşlara ulaştırılması ve bilimsel farkındalığın yaygınlaştırılması hedeflenirken aynı zamanda bilimsel merakın artırılması, aynı il/ilçede bilim fuarı gerçekleştirmiş okullar arasında bilgi alışverişini mümkün kılacak bir etkileşim ortamının oluşturulması da amaçlanmaktadır.

Çağrıya yalnızca il/ilçe milli eğitim müdürlükleri tarafından başvuru yapılabilir.

Başvurular 17 Nisan 2026 saat 17.30'a kadar Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı Başvuru Sistemi üzerinden alınacaktır.

Under the TÜBİTAK 1071 Program, joint projects will be supported within the framework of the collaboration protocol between TÜBİTAK and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The call is open to all thematic areas.

Researchers in Türkiye who wish to propose a joint project must agree to a partnership with researchers in France, who will collaborate on the project. Applications submitted unilaterally will not be accepted.

Within the scope of the call, which will remain open until 17:30 (UTC+3) on the 17 June 2026, project applications to TÜBİTAK must submitted through the Electronic Project Application System.

TÜBİTAK 1071 Programı kapsamında, TÜBİTAK ile Fransa Dışişleri Bakanlığı arasındaki iş birliği protokolü çerçevesinde ortak projeler desteklenecektir. Çağrı tüm tematik alanlara açıktır. 

Ortak proje önermek isteyen Türkiye’deki bilim insanlarının, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri Fransa’daki bilim insanları ile proje ortağı olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı proje başvuruları kabul edilmemektedir.

17 Haziran 2026, 17:30’a kadar açık kalacak çağrı kapsamında TÜBİTAK’a yapılacak başvuruların Elektronik Proje Başvuru Sistemi üzerinden gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Türkiye’nin tam bağımsızlık vizyonu ve Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi doğrultusunda 2022 yılında hayata geçirilen TEKNOFEST Girişim Programı, TEKNOFEST teknoloji yarışmalarına başvuran takım ve üyelerine özel olarak kurgulandı. Program; yüksek potansiyel taşıyan projelerin sürdürülebilir girişimlere dönüşmesini, küresel pazarda rekabet gücü elde etmesini ve hızlı bir şekilde ölçeklenmesini hedefliyor.

Girişimlerin Büyümesini Hızlandıran Kapsamlı Destek Ekosistemi

2022 yılından bu yana 50 mezun girişime toplamda 13 milyon TL maddi destek sağlayan TEKNOFEST Girişim Programı, bu yıl da girişimcilerin operasyonel ve stratejik ihtiyaçlarını kapsayan 11 farklı destek paketi sunuyor. Program bünyesinde; iş modeli geliştirme, finansal planlama ve pazar analizi gibi alanlarda kapsamlı eğitimlerin yanı sıra uzmanlardan birebir mentorluk, İstanbul’un her iki yakasında konumlanan T3 Girişim Merkezlerinde ofis kullanımı, yatırımcı görüşmeleri ve iş birliği toplantıları, Take Off Girişim Zirvesi’ne katılım imkânı ile güçlü bir ağ ve görünürlük desteği sağlanıyor. Ayrıca girişimler, yatırımcılar ve sektör profesyonelleri karşısına çıkabilecekleri TEKNOFEST Girişim Gösteri Günü’nde projelerini sunma fırsatı elde ediyor.

Girişim Aşamalarına Özel Güçlü Finansman Desteği

Programın yeni döneminde ise girişimlerin aşamalarına göre özelleştirilmiş finansal destekler dikkat çekiyor; Ön Kuluçka kapsamında programı başarıyla tamamlayan ekiplere  100 bin TL’ye kadar malzeme desteği sağlanırken, Ön Kuluçka sürecinde veya sonrasında şirketleşen girişimlere 500 bin TL yatırım imkânı sunuluyor. Hızlandırma aşamasını başarıyla tamamlayan girişimler ise 1 milyon TL yatırım desteğinden faydalanabiliyor.

Teknoloji dünyasında yerini almak ve projesini geleceğe taşımak isteyen girişimciler için başvuru tarihi 27 Nisan’da sona erecek. Adaylar, başvurularını ilgili internet adresi üzerinden yapabilecek.
