TÜBİTAK Bilim İnsanı Destek Programları Başkanlığı (BİDEB) tarafından yürütülen 2247-C Stajyer Araştırmacı Burs Programı (STAR) 2025 Yılı 1. Dönem STAR Lisans ve STAR Öğretmen çağrıları başvuru sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Başvuru sahipleri, başvuru durumları ile ilgili sonucu, BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sisteminden kullanıcı girişi yaparak “Başvurularım” alanından görüntüleyebilirler.
2247-C Stajyer Araştırmacı Burs Programı (STAR)’da STAR Lisans çağrısı kapsamında 730 lisans öğrencisi ve STAR Öğretmen çağrısı ile 15 öğretmen desteklenmeye hak kazanmıştır.
ÖNEMLİ NOT: STAR Programında burs almaya hak kazanan adayların burslarının başlatılması için izlenmesi gereken adımlara ilişkin bilgilendirme adayların e-posta adreslerine gönderilecektir.

The results of the 2247-C Intern Researcher Scholarship Program (STAR) for the 1st Term of 2025, including STAR Undergraduate and STAR Teacher calls, have been announced by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) Science Fellowship and Grant Programme Directorate (BİDEB). Applicants can view their application status in the "My Applications" section by logging in the BİDEB Application and Monitoring System.
• Within the scope of the 2247-C Intern Researcher Scholarship Program (STAR), 730 undergraduate students under the STAR Undergraduate call and 15 teachers under the STAR Teacher call have been granted support.

Under the Eureka Network Projects calls, the 1719 Program aims to establish a specialized R&D and Innovation consortium led by the private sector, in collaboration with universities and public institutions. Through this consortium, the objective is to enhance the technical capacity and knowledge base within our country, facilitating private sector organizations' access to international technological expertise and ensuring technology transfer. Additionally, the program seeks to make the acquired international technological knowledge and experience a driving and guiding force in the development of unique technologies within organizations, and to contribute to the presence of private entities in international markets.
Under the Eureka Network Program’s call for Resilience in Disasters and Lightweighting Technologies, international R&D projects led by SMEs, focusing on market-oriented, innovative products, processes, and services, will be supported, with participation from at least one partner from Türkiye and one from Eureka member countries.
An online information day will be held on Thursday, 14 August 2025, at 14:00 (UTC+3) for providing information and promotion regarding the Eureka Network Program call.
The event will provide detailed information about the general features of the Eureka Network Program and the national/international application processes. Representatives from all interested SMEs, large enterprises, TTOs, universities, research institutions, and research centres are invited to attend the event.

1719 programı Eureka Network Projeleri çağrıları kapsamında özel sektör öncülüğünde, üniversite ve kamu iş birliğiyle ihtisaslaşmış bir Ar-Ge ve Yenilik konsorsiyumu oluşturulması ve bu konsorsiyum aracılığıyla ülkemizdeki teknik yeterliliğin ve bilgi birikiminin artırılarak özel sektör kuruluşlarının uluslararası teknoloji birikimine erişiminin ve teknoloji transferinin sağlanması hedeflenmektedir. Ayrıca, edinilen uluslararası teknolojik bilgi ve deneyimin kuruluşlar bünyesinde içselleştirilerek özgün teknolojilerin geliştirilmesinde ivme kazandırıcı ve yönlendirici bir etken olması ve özel kuruluşların uluslararası pazarlarda yer almasına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır.
Eureka Network Programı Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri ve Döngüsel Değer Zinciri çağrısı kapsamında Türkiye’den ve Eureka üye ülkelerden en az birer ortağın katılımıyla, KOBİ’lerin önderliğinde, pazara yönelik, yenilikçi ürün, süreç ve hizmet geliştirilmesi amacı taşıyan uluslararası Ar-Ge projeleri desteklenecektir.
Eureka Network Programı çağrısına yönelik bilgilendirme ve tanıtım amacıyla 14 Ağustos 2025 Perşembe günü saat 14:00’te (TSİ) çevrim içi bir bilgi günü düzenlenecektir.
Etkinlikte, Eureka Network Programı’nın genel özellikleri ve ulusal/uluslararası başvuru süreçleri hakkında detaylı bilgi verilecektir. İlgilenen tüm KOBİ, büyük işletme, TTO, üniversite ve araştırma kurumu ve araştırma merkezleri temsilcileri etkinliğe davetlidir.

When and how can I apply?
To be able to submit the online application form to TÜBİTAK, the candidate must first create a profile on the platform in the TÜBİTAK Researcher Information System (ARBIS) that is available at https://arbis.tubitak.gov.tr The information of the researchers in the Researcher Information System (ARBIS) to apply for the programme and the academic advisor(s) in Türkiye must be up-to-date before applying online.
Applications are submitted online via the TÜBİTAK online application system through TYBS within the dates indicated in the call announcement.
What is the application deadline?
Please see “application dates” module on the programme website. The time limit for the deadlines is 17:30, Istanbul Time, unless otherwise stated.
Are master students eligible for this program?
No, they are not eligible.
Are Turkish citizens with dual citizenship eligible for this program?
No, they are not eligible.
What should I do when I encounter a problem in the ARBIS system during the application?
You should send an e-mail to arbis@tubitak.gov.trad by adding the screenshot of the page you are having trouble with.
Can I apply by submitting the required documents without an online application?
No. The applications for the program can be made only online during the determined application process. Documents sent by post during the application period are not accepted.
Who is the highest official of a university or research institution in Türkiye from which the invitation letter can be obtained?
In the case of public and foundation universities, the rector or the authorized vice-chancellor; the director of the public research centers in Türkiye.
