UYARI: Başvuru yapacağınız modüle ilişkin güncel “Başvuru Formu ve Ekleri (EK-1 Kaynaklar, EK-2 Bütçe ve Gerekçesi)”nin doldurularak elektronik başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Projenin değerlendirmeye alınabilmesi için Başvuru Formu; Arial 9 yazı tipinde hazırlanmalı, EK-1 ve EK-2 hariç 12 sayfayı geçmemelidir. • Feragat Formu  (Daha önce Kurumumuza sunulan ve desteklenmesi uygun bulunmayan aynı/benzer içerikli proje önerisinde yer alan ve hak sahibi olarak imzası bulunan ancak yeni sunulan proje önerisinde adı geçmeyen kişiler için elektronik başvuru sistemine girilen bilgiler doğrultusunda sistem tarafından otomatik olarak oluşturulmaktadır. Formun, ilgili kişilere e-posta ile iletilecek link üzerinden onaylanması gerekmektedir.)
• Doktora Tezine İlişkin Gerekçe (Proje yürütücüsünün doktora/sanatta yeterlik/tıpta uzmanlık öğrenimine devam etmesi durumunda, elektronik başvuru sistemine girilen bilgiler doğrultusunda sistem tarafından otomatik olarak oluşturulmaktadır.)
• Doktora Tez Danışmanı Onay Belgesi (Proje yürütücüsünün doktora/sanatta yeterlik/tıpta uzmanlık öğrenimine devam etmesi durumunda, elektronik başvuru sistemine girilen bilgiler doğrultusunda sistem tarafından otomatik olarak oluşturulmaktadır. Yazının doktora tez danışmanı tarafından elektronik imza sertifikası kullanılarak imzalanması gerekmektedir.)

Aşağıda yer alan belgelerin ise; projenin desteklenmesine karar verilmesi halinde, ilgili Araştırma Destek Grubu tarafından verilen süre içerisinde eksiksiz olarak ve istenilen formatta Kurumumuza iletilmesi gerekmektedir. Belgelerin, belirtilen süreler içinde temin edilememesi halinde proje yürürlüğe alınmayacaktır.

WARNING: Most up-to-date "Application Form and its Annexes (Annex-1 References, Annex-2 Budget and Justification)" regarding the Module to which you are going to apply should be filled and uploaded to the online application system. In order for the project to be evaluated, the Application Form should be prepared in Arial 9 font and it should not exceed 12 pages except for ANNEX-1 and ANNEX-2. The size of each file to be uploaded to the system should not exceed 20 MB.

• Waiver Form (In case the projects that were previously submitted to our Institution and rejected / returned are resubmitted with the same / similar content, Waiver for those who were right holders in the previous application, but not mentioned as right holder in the new proposed project is formed automatically according to the information entered to application system. The form must be signed via the link in the e-mail that will be send to the concerned people )
• Rationale for Doctoral Dissertation (In case the PI continues her doctorate / proficiency in art / specialty in medicine, it is formed automatically by the system in line with the information entered into the online application system.)
• Doctoral Thesis Advisor Approval Letter (In case the PI continues his doctorate / proficiency in art / medical specialty education, it is automatically formed by the system in line with the information entered into the online application system. The letter must be signed by the doctoral thesis advisor using an electronic signature certificate.)

The following documents must be submitted fully in desired format within the given time by the relevant Research Support Group; if the project is decided to be supported. If the documents cannot be obtained within the given time, the project will not be implemented.

Başvurularda herhangi bir zaman kısıtlaması yoktur. Yıl boyunca başvuru yapılabilir.

E-imza sürecinin başvuru adımlarının tamamlanması ve başvurunun onaylanmasının ardından 15 gün içerisinde tamamlanmış olması gerekmektedir.

Acil Destek Modülünün amacı; beklenmedik bir şekilde gelişen, doğa veya insan kaynaklı olayların (jeolojik, klimatik, biyolojik, sosyal, teknolojik vb.) hemen sonrasında ortaya çıkan verinin temini açısından aciliyet içeren araştırma projelerini desteklemektir.  

Bu modülde, beklenmedik bir şekilde gelişen bir olay neticesinde ivedilikle veri toplanmasını gerektiren durumların olması ve ilgili araştırma projesinin toplanacak bu veri ile gerçekleştirilecek olması halinde bilimsel değerlendirme süreci yürütülecektir.

• Doktora ve yüksek lisans tezi kapsamında sunulan çalışmalar, 
• Tamamlayıcı nitelikteki çalışmalar (TÜBİTAK destek programları kapsamında yürütülen projelerde veya TÜBİTAK destek programları kapsamı dışında başka kurum/kuruluşların desteği ile yürütülmekte olan projelerde ortaya çıkan tamamlayıcı bir gereksinimin giderilmesi amacına yönelik ilave kaynak talebinde bulunulan çalışmalar)
• Devam niteliğindeki çalışmalar, 
• Cihaz bozulması, bakım/onarım gideri kapsamında destek ihtiyacı gibi gerekçeler 

1002-B Acil Destek Modülünün kapsamı dışındadır. 

Benzer şekilde, öngörülebilir nitelikteki zaman kısıtlılığı, takvimde yaşanan gecikme/aksamalar, kişisel nedenlerle aciliyet içeren durumlar, düzenli olarak gerçekleşen olaylar vb. bu Modül kapsamında aciliyet çerçevesinde dikkate alınmayacaktır.

Yukarıda belirtilen kapsama uygun olmayan proje önerileri bilimsel değerlendirmeye alınmadan iade edilecektir.

PROJE SÜRESİ

Proje süresi en fazla 6 ay olabilir.

PROJE BÜTÇESİ

11 Kasım 2024 itibariyle, proje destek üst limiti (burs dahil) 85.000 TL’dir. Bu modül kapsamında yürütücü, araştırmacı ve danışmanlara PTİ ödemesi yapılmamaktadır. Burslar ile ilgili üst sınırlar, 1 Ocak 2025 tarihinden itibaren geçerli olmak üzere aşağıda verilmiştir:

* Doktora sonrası araştırmacının projelerde istihdam edilmesi halinde ücret üst limiti 43.200.-TL/ay olarak uygulanmaktadır.

Within the scope of the 1002-B Emergency Support Module; research projects that require urgent support to provide data immediately after unexpected natural or human-induced events (geological, climatic, biological, social, technological, etc.) will be supported.

Projects proposed within the scope of PhD and master theses, those as complementary/continuation studies and those proposed for the support for device failure, maintenance/repair expenses have been excluded from the scope of this Module. 

Similarly, foreseeable time constraints, delays/interruptions in the calendar, urgent situations due to the personal reasons, periodic events, etc. will not be taken into account within the scope of urgency.
 

Project duration

Project duration can be up to 6 months.

Project Budget

As of November 11, 2024 the budget limit (including the scholarship) is 85.000 TRY. Project Incentive Bonus (PTİ) payments are not made to principal investigators, researchers and consultants within the scope of this module.

The upper limits for scholarships are given below.
