MALİ MÜŞAVİR RAPORLARI

TEYDEB tarafından yürütülen Destek Programları kapsamında desteklenen projelerin dönemsel harcama ve giderlerinin mali denetim ve incelemesi Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirler (SMMM) ve Yeminli Mali Müşavirler (YMM) tarafından yapılmaktadır. SMMM ve YMM’ler tarafından destek programı veya çağrıya ait Mali Müşavirlik Proje Harcamaları Değerlendirme Rapor formatlarının kullanılması gerekmektedir. Mali Müşavirlik Proje Harcamaları Değerlendirme Raporu, Uygulama Esasları, Mali Rapor Hazırlama Kılavuzu ve Mali Müşavirlik Proje Harcamaları Değerlendirme Raporu Hazırlama Kılavuzu dikkate alınarak hazırlanmalıdır.

Senetle Transfer Ödemesi

Senetle transfer ödemesi 1501, 1507, 1509 ve 1511 kodlu Destek Programları ile Yenilik Destek Programı Uygulama Esasları Yönergesi kapsamında desteklenen projeler için yapılmaktadır. Kuruluşlar, uygulama esasları ve Mali Rapor Hazırlama Kılavuzu hükümlerine göre senetle transfer ödemesi talep edebilirler.

HAKEM-İZLEYİCİ ÜCRETLERİ

TEYDEB tarafından yürütülen destek programlarının başvuru ve izleme süreçlerinde görev alan hakem ve izleyicilere TÜBİTAK tarafından belirlenen ücretler ödenmektedir.

In software-intensive projects, the concept of production is quite abstract. What perspective should we expect?

Within the scope of the HAMLE Program, when activities such as the development of embedded software within hardware or the development of a software ecosystem as an integrated product are carried out, they become commercializable products. Therefore, for the formation of a software-intensive structure that can be commercialized, there needs to be a production and sales plan.

Yatırıma yönelik Projelerin değerlendirme aşamasında Prototip üretime yönelik Ar-Ge projeleri bu kapsamda değerlendirilmekte mi?

HAMLE Programı kapsamında tamamlanan her projenin yatırıma dönüştürülüp üretime geçmesi beklenmektedir. Projenin nihai amacı sadece prototip oluşturmak ise HAMLE Programına uyumlu bir proje değildir.

Yatırım konusu, doğrudan Ar-Ge projesi sonucu ortaya çıkacak ürünün seri üretimine yönelik mi olmalı?

Proje kapsamında temel ürün haricindeki diğer ürünler için de üretim hedefi var ise Ar-Ge ve yatırım desteği sağlanabilmektedir. 

When evaluating projects, does the product need to present a technology different from existing counterparts?

The project is expected to have a high R&D quality, be innovative, and have superior features compared to existing counterparts.

What should be done about projects where the main product's GTIP code is not on the priority product list?

In terms of compliance with the call, the product to be produced must have GTIP codes listed in the Priority Product List and/or be compatible with innovative technology areas in terms of the product or production technology.

Projeler değerlendirilirken ürün var olan muadillerinden farklı bir teknoloji ortaya koymak zorunda mı?

Projenin Ar-Ge niteliğinin yüksek olması, yenilikçi olması ve muadillerine göre üstün özellikte olması beklenmektedir.

In infrastructure investment projects, what should be considered when receiving offers in EURO or DOLLAR from a single firm?

TÜBİTAK does not conduct any price evaluation in investment assessments. The suitability of the type and capacity of the requested expenses for the investment is evaluated.
