• T.C. vatandaşı olmak,

• Ülkemiz yükseköğrenim kurumlarından birinde doktora/tıbbi bilimlerde uzmanlık/sanatta yeterlik programına kayıtlı olup, yeterliliği geçmiş ve tez önerisi ilgili birim tarafından kabul edilmiş olmak,

• Başvuru sahibinin değerlendirileceği alanda, başvuru yılında QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), THE (Times Higher Education) Dünya Üniversite Sıralamasında ilk 200 ya da Scimago Kamu Araştırma Enstitüleri/Kurumları (Scimago Institutions Rankings-Government) Sıralamasında ilk 350’de yer alan bir kurum tarafından davet edilmiş olmak, 

  VEYA
  Category Normalized Citation Impact (CNCI) (Kategori Normalize Atıf Etkisi) veya Field-Weighted Citation Impact (FWCI) (Alan Ağırlıklı Atıf Etkisi) değeri 1.00 veya 1.00’den büyük ve en az doktora derecesine sahip yurt dışı danışmanı tarafından davet edilmiş olmak,*

• Bu programdan daha önce yararlanmamış olmak,

• Aşağıda belirtilen yabancı dil yeterlik koşullarından birini sağlamak,

  • YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL veya TIPDİL sınavlarından birinden en az 65 puan veya ÖSYM tarafından eş değerliği kabul edilen yabancı dil sınavlarından birinden muadil puan almış olmak ya da

  • %100 yabancı dille öğretim yapan bir üniversitede lisans/yüksek lisans öğrenimi görmüş olmak
     

• Teziyle ilgili araştırma yapacak olmak,

• Yüksek lisans sonrası doktora programına kayıtlı adaylar için doktora kayıt yılı ile başvuru yılı arasında dört yılı; bütünleşik doktora programına kayıtlı adaylar için doktora kayıt yılı ile başvuru yılı arasında beş yılı aşmamış olmak,

  *Yurt dışı kurum sıralamasını ve danışman etki değerini kontrol etmek için “Yurt Dışı Kurum Sıralama ve Danışman Etki Değeri Ekleme Kılavuzu”nu inceleyiniz.

Funded under the European Commission’s MSCA COFUND 2023 call, the CoCirculation3 project aims to enhance Türkiye’s research and innovation ecosystem by attracting global talent.

Researchers supported under the program are expected to carry out their projects for 24 months under the supervision of a host academic or non-academic institution in Türkiye. Additionally, the program offers an optional extension of up to 12 months in a non-academic organization.

🔹 The 2025 call will be open for applications between 1 September 2025 and 1 December 2025.
🔹 Applications must be submitted online via the TYBS system.
🔹 A total of 33 researchers will be funded in 2025.

Scope of Support:

The monthly support provided to researchers under the program is as follows.
• Monthly salary: €3,980
• Family allowance: €600
• Research, training, and networking support: €1,000
• Entrepreneurship allowance: €250
• Host institution share: €130 (Paid to the host institution.)
• Monthly travel allowance: €50 (up to €1,200 in total)

Eligibility Criteria:
• Open to all researchers holding a doctoral degree.
• Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity in Türkiye for more than 12 months within the past 36 months.
• Research proposals are expected to be aligned with the European Green Deal.

The CoCirculation3 Programme is funded under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND call within the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme. The programme aims to connect Türkiye’s research and innovation ecosystem with internationally experienced researchers.

The CoCirculation3 2025 call for applications opened on September 1, 2025. Applications will be accepted until December 1, 2025.

Within the scope of the programme, selected researchers are expected to conduct their research for 24 months at an academic or non-academic host institution in Türkiye (such as industrial organizations, SMEs, and other eligible research-performing institutions) under the guidance of a supervisor. The programme also offers an optional additional period of up to 12 months at a non-academic host institution.
