4006-TÜBİTAK Bilim Fuarları Destekleme Programı ile 5-12. sınıf öğrencilerinin; bilimsel çalışmalar gerçekleştirme konusunda teşvik edilmeleri, bilimsel araştırma yöntemleri ve bilim etiğini öğrenmeleri, günlük hayatta karşılaşılan problemlere sürdürülebilir ve yenilikçi çözümler geliştirmeleri, takım çalışması ile disiplinler arası proje hazırlama kültürü kazanmaları, temel, bütünleşik ve üst düzey düşünme becerilerini kazanmaları, farklı bilim dallarına yönelik kariyer bilinci geliştirmeleri, bilim ve teknolojinin üreticisi olan bireyler olarak yetişmelerine destek olacak ortamlarla karşılaşmaları amaçlanmaktadır.

2236-B MSCA - COFUND Burs Programlarına Katkı Fonu Programının amacı; Ufuk Avrupa Programı “The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions COFUND (MSCA–COFUND)” çağrıları kapsamında araştırma projelerine yönelik burs ve destek mekanizması bulunan ya da böyle bir program oluşturmak isteyen Araştırma Üniversitelerine ve 6550 sayılı Kanun kapsamında tüzel kişiliği olan Araştırma Altyapılarının, Avrupa Komisyon desteğine ek olarak destek sağlanmasıdır

Araştırma üniversiteleri ve 6550 sayılı Kanun kapsamında tüzel kişiliği olan Araştırma Altyapılarının AB Komisyonu ile ortak fonlanacak burs programı ile potansiyel sahibi doktora öğrencileri ve alanında tecrübeli Doktoralı araştırmacılar, araştırmalarını yapmak ülkemize gelecektir. Araştırma Üniversitelerinin ödemesi gereken kurum katkıları TÜBİTAK tarafından ödenecektir. 

Hakkımızda

Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi Başkanlığı, 278 sayılı Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu Kurulması Hakkında Kanun’un 4. ve 21. Maddelerine dayanılarak Bilim Kurulu kararı ile Nisan 2016’da kurulmuştur.

TTO Başkanlığı’nın amacı kurumun sahip olduğu fikri mülkiyet haklarının ve sair hakların koruma altına alınması, ticarileşme süreçlerinin belirlenmesi ve bu kapsamda transfer süreçlerinin yönetilmesidir.

TTO Başkanlığı aşağıdaki birimlerden oluşur;

  2. Ticarileştirme Müdürlüğü,
  3. Mali İşler Müdürlüğü.

Since 2007, TÜBİTAK Science and Society Directorate have been supporting projects that aim to carry out scientific activities for different segments of society, from preschool children to undergraduate students and teachers.

Within the scope of the “4005 Innovative Educational Applications Support Program”, which aims to provide teachers and academics with innovative approaches, strategies, methods and techniques specific to their own fields as well as to the teaching profession in general through interactive practices, application results has been announced.

2224-D Yurt Dışındaki Bilimsel Eğitim Etkinliklerine Katılımı Destekleme Programı 2025 yılı başvuruları açıldı. Başvurular 31 Aralık 2025 saat 17:30’a kadar TÜBİTAK Yönetim Bilgi Sistemi (TYBS) üzerinden alınacaktır.

In 2024, awards will be given in four categories as TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards by The Scientific And Technological Research Council of Türkiye.

TÜBİTAK Science Award: It is awarded to living scientists who have made significant contributions to science at the international level with their studies in Türkiye.

The candidate should be under the age of 40 on the first day of the year when the award is given. Application and Evaluation Process

Candidates for the Incentive Award can apply personally or be nominated. Individual applications cannot be made for the Science, Special and Service Awards, a nomination is required.

The following institutions or individuals can nominate to TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards 

  • Those who have received TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service Award or TÜBİTAK-TWAS Science Award in the past

  • Council of Higher Education

  • Türkiye Academy Of Sciences

  • Senates or Boards of Directors of Universities

  • The highest decision-making bodies of public and private sector institutions and organizations operating in scientific and technological fields

  • TÜBİTAK R&D and R&D Facility Units Boards of Directors and TÜBİTAK Research Groups Executive Committees (in their fields of activity). 

 

Applications for TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are made through the Awards Application System, which can be accessed at https://oduller.tubitak.gov.tr The candidate who will apply for the award and the nominating person or the highest official of the institution/organization must have a current registration in ARBİS, otherwise they must complete a "New User Registration". 

 

The requested documents must be completely uploaded to the Application System. 

 

After the application phase is completed, the "Acceptance Commitment and Declaration Form" must be signed with an e-signature by the candidate and the person nominating the candidate or the highest authorized manager of the nominating institution/organization.Candidates who are abroad and cannot use e-signature during the application can sign the printout of the application form and send the scanned version of the relevant form first by e-mail and then by mail or courier to our contact address below. 

 

The nominator must add the type of award which has previously received from TÜBİTAK and the year of receiving the award to the relevant tab in the application system. If the nominator is the university senate/board of directors, the rector's signature must be present in the application system. If the vice rector has been given power of attorney regarding the work and transactions related to TÜBİTAK Award applications, or if the vice rector is deputizing the rector at the time the application is made, the relevant power of attorney document must be uploaded to the system.

 

Only one of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Award categories can be applied in the same period.

 

Applications can be made maximum 3 times for each type of award: Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards. Applications made before 2010 are not included in this number.

 

Candidates born in 1983 or before cannot apply for the Incentive Award.

 

Scientists who won the TÜBA-GEBİP Award in 2021, 2022 and 2023 can apply for the 2024 TÜBİTAK Incentive Award even if they are over 40 years old.

 

For female applicants, one year is added to the age limit of 40 for each birth.

 

Those who applied for the TÜBA GEBİP - Outstanding Young Scientist Awards (GEBİP) and the TÜBA International Academy Awards in 2024 cannot apply for the TÜBİTAK Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards in 2024.

 

For Science, Special and Incentive Awards; Candidates are expected to explain their reasons for deserving the award in a maximum of 750 words and to support this explanation with publications to which primary contributions have been made. A copy of the 5 publications specified in the "Publications Selected Within the Framework of Reason" heading should be uploaded to the "Additional Files". The candidate's contributions to these 5 publications and the candidate’s contribution to these publications should be explained in a maximum of 250 words. If the candidate has contributed to more than one subject, all but the most significant contribution should be separated by subject. A copy of each of the maximum 15 publications under the heading "Other Scientific Publications within the Framework of Justification" should be uploaded to the "Additional Files" and a description text not exceeding 500 words should be added.

 

Publications that constitute a primary contribution to a candidate's application (The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason) cannot be used in another candidate's application for the same type of award. TÜBİTAK has the right to investigate the statement for publications declared to have made primary contributions. Although it is declared that the candidate has made a primary contribution to the relevant publication, if it is determined that the candidate has not made a primary contribution to any of these publications, the application will not be evaluated. In addition, “The 5 Publications Selected Within the Framework of the Reason” must be independent of the candidate's doctorate study.

 

For the Service Award; applications must include the reasons why candidates deserve the award and the relevant document supporting these reasons, if any. In the justification, It should be explained in a maximum of 750 words within the scope of the following subjects;

 

  • To train scientists

  • To work for the institutionalization of the branch of science in which the candidate belongs to

  • How the candidate has provided superior service to the development of science and technology in Türkiye, 

  • Establishing or significantly contributing to the establishment of scientific institutions and organizations.

If the person to be nominated is not alive, the application form must be downloaded, filled out and sent to the address below, along with other documents, if any. For the Service Award Application Form, you can e-mail to oduller@tubitak.gov.tr.

TÜBİTAK Science, Special and Service Awards are given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences. The Incentive Award is given in the fields of Basic Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Health Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Polar Studies. 

The number of Science Awards cannot exceed eight, the number of Special Awards cannot exceed four, the number of Service Awards cannot exceed four, and the number of Incentive Awards cannot exceed twenty.

Plaques and certificates are given according to the type of the awards. Science, Special and Incentive Awards include in-kind, or cash awards determined by the TÜBİTAK Board of Directors each year. To be used in their domestic research, Science and Incentive Award winners are also given research support in an amount determined by the Board of Directors each year (1,650,000TL for 2024).

All evaluations and opinions formed during the award evaluation process, as well as the names of the referees/advisors whose evaluations were consulted and the opinions given by them, are confidential and are outside the scope of the right to information in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 26 of Law No. 4982.

Applications will be accepted until 31/05/2024, at 17.00 (UTC+3).

The winners of the Science, Special, Service and Incentive Awards are announced in the same year and the awards are given to their winners at a ceremony.

Değerlendirme Yöntemi

Bilim Fuarları Festivaline yapılan başvurular aşağıda belirtilen kriterler çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.

  • Yapılabilirlik: Bilim Fuarı Festivalinin gerçekleştirilebilirliği, festival alanının uygunluğu, festival konseptiyle olan uyumu, bütçenin etkin kullanımı ve yürütücü kurumun mevcut imkânlarının verimli şekilde kullanılması
  • Festival alanının uygunluğu: Festival alanı olarak kolay ulaşılabilir, elverişli ve etkinlik için uygun niteliklere sahip bir alan belirlenmiş olması ve alanın fiziki koşullarını gösteren görsellerin başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi
  • Duyuru planlaması-yaygın etki: Festivalin geniş kitlelere ulaşması amacıyla yapılacak duyuruların nasıl planlandığının ayrıntılı şekilde belirtilmesi, bu planlamaya ilişkin dokümanın başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi
  • Sponsor desteği: Festivalin daha geniş katılımlı gerçekleşebilmesi adına sponsorluk anlaşmaları yapılması, sponsorluk sayısının belirtilmesi ve ilgili destek mektuplarının (TÜBİTAK destekli bilim merkezi ile yapılan işbirliğine ait) başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi

Araştırma Destek Programları Başkanlığı tarafından yürütülen 3501- Kariyer Geliştirme Programı kapsamında iyileştirme çalışmaları gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu doğrultuda, mevcut başvuru formları ile sunulacak proje önerilerine ilişkin çevrim içi başvuruların ARDEB Proje Başvuru Sistemi (PBS) üzerinden 11/05/2025 saat 23.59’a kadar tamamlanması gerekmektedir. 11/05/2025 saat 23.59’a kadar onaylanan proje başvurularının elektronik imza süreçlerinin bu tarihten sonra tamamlanabilmesi mümkündür. 12/05/2025 tarihinden itibaren mevcut formlar ile başvuru yapılması mümkün olamayacaktır. 

3501- Kariyer Geliştirme Programının yeni sürecine ve başvuru formlarına ilişkin bilgilendirme 12/05/2025 tarihinden sonra duyurulacaktır.

UYARI: Başvuru yapacağınız programa ilişkin güncel “Başvuru Formu ve Ekleri (Ek-1 Kaynaklar, Ek-2 Bütçe ve Gerekçesi, Lojistik Form)”nin doldurularak elektronik başvuru sistemine yüklenmesi gerekmektedir. Projenin değerlendirmeye alınabilmesi için Başvuru Formu Arial 9 yazı tipinde hazırlanmalı, mevcut formatta herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmamalı, ekler hariç 25 sayfayı geçmemeli, sisteme yüklenecek her bir dosyanın büyüklüğü ise 20 MB’ı aşmamalıdır. Lütfen, belirtilen şartların sağlanmaması durumunda proje önerinizin değerlendirmeye alınmayarak iade edileceğini unutmayınız!

Genel Hükümler
  1. “2205 Lisans Burs Programı” bursiyerlerinin mentorluk desteği, destek iptal edilmediği/geri çekilmediği sürece bursiyerlikleri boyunca devam eder. Mentorluk desteğinin devamlılığı için genel ağırlıklı not ortalaması başarı kriteri aranmaz.

  2. “2202 Bilim Olimpiyatları Programı” kapsamında en son yapılan Birinci Aşama Sınavı’nda başarılı olanlar için bu desteğin iptali talep edilmediği sürece, bir sonraki Birinci Aşama Sınavı’na kadar mentorluk desteği devam eder. Öğrencinin mentorluk desteğinden yararlanabilmesi için programa her yıl yeniden başvuru yapması gerekir.

  3. “2249 Bilim ve Teknoloji Okulları Programı” kapsamında desteklenen öğrencilerin mentorluk desteği, bu desteğin iptali talep edilmediği sürece 1. sınıftan başlayıp TÜBİTAK Fen Lisesi öğrenimleri boyunca devam eder.
     

İzleme ve Sonuçlandırma

Kesin ödeme

Etkinlik yürütücüsü izleme belgelerini, etkinliğin bitiş tarihinden veya destek karar tarihinden önce etkinliğin gerçekleştirilmiş olması halinde desteklenme tarihinden sonraki otuz gün içinde BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemine (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr)  yüklemek zorundadır. Kararlaştırılan destek, ilgili belgelerin uygun bulunmasından sonra etkinlik yürütücüsünün kendi adına açılmış banka hesabına aktarılır.

Ön ödeme

Ön ödeme talep edilmesi halinde (ön ödeme talebi ile birlikte taahhütnamenin sisteme yüklenmesi gerekir), kararlaştırılan desteğin konaklama, iaşe, yol ve organizasyon destekleri etkinlik yürütücüsünün kendi adına açılmış banka hesabına etkinliğin başlamasından en erken bir ay önce ön ödeme şeklinde aktarılır. Etkinlik yürütücüsü, etkinlik için verilen desteğe ait izleme belgelerini etkinliğin bitiş tarihinden veya destek karar tarihinden önce etkinliğin gerçekleştirilmiş olması halinde desteklenme tarihinden sonraki otuz gün içerisinde BİDEB Başvuru ve İzleme Sistemine (e-bideb.tubitak.gov.tr) yüklemelidir. Kararlaştırılan desteğin geri kalan kısmı (Ders ücreti, Etkinlik Yürütücüsü ve Yardımcı Personel ücreti) için etkinlik yürütücüsü ile mahsuplaşarak hesap kapatılır. 
Etkinlik gerçekleşmediği takdirde ön ödeme yapılmış ise, TÜBİTAK’a geri ödemenin gecikmesi durumunda ödenmiş olan destek tutarı kanuni faizi ile birlikte geri alınır.

Başvuru Koşulları

ORTAK PROJE ÖNERME VE DESTEKLEME KOŞULLARI

  • "2507 - Araştırma Projeleri- DFG ile İkili İşbirliği Destek Programı" ve "2507 - Ar-Ge ve Yenilik Projeleri - DFG ile İkili İşbirliği Destek Programı"  tüm tematik alanlardaki başvurulara açıktır.
  • Ortak araştırma projesi önermek isteyen Türk bilim insanlarının, projeyi birlikte gerçekleştirecekleri bir Almanya araştırma kuruluşunda çalışan araştırmacı(lar) ile "proje ortağı" olarak anlaşmaları gerekmektedir.
     
  • Türkiye'deki proje ortaklarının proje başvurularını elektronik başvuru sistemi üzerinden incelenmek üzere TÜBİTAK'a, Alman proje ortaklarının ise DFG'den temin edecekleri proje öneri formunu doldurarak anılan Kuruma teslim etmeleri gerekmektedir. Tek taraflı başvurular kabul edilmemektedir.
     
  • TÜBİTAK ve DFG kendilerine iletilen proje önerilerini kendi iç prosedürlerine göre incelemekte ve değerlendirmektedir. Değerlendirme bilimsel yeterlilik esasına göre yapılmaktadır. Her iki kuruluş incelenen proje önerileri hakkındaki kararlarını birbirlerine bildirmekte, iki tarafça da uygun bulunan projeler desteklenmektedir.
     
  • Projeler bilim insanı ve bilgi değişimi yoluyla uygulanmaktadır. Bu nedenle, proje kapsamında karşılıklı talep edilen araştırmacı değişimi süre ve sayısının ayrıntılı ve gerekçeli olarak belirtilmesi gerekmektedir.

Within the scope of the World Bank Türkiye Green Industry Project, coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, TÜBİTAK 2025-1 term calls have been opened for applications. In order to support the sustainable and efficient green transformation of industry in Türkiye, grants and repayable financing will be provided under the following calls:

  • 1832 - Green Transformation in Industry 2025-1 Call

  • 1833 - SAYEM Green Transformation 2025-1 Call

The results of the 1832 Green Transformation in Industry 2023 Call, which was opened within the scope of the World Bank Türkiye Green Industry Project and aims to support the green transformation of our country's industry, have been announced.

A total of 162 project applications were submitted for the 1832-2023 call. It has been decided to support 74 of these projects. You can access the list of supported projects, rejected projects, and those still under evaluation via the links below.

We congratulate the organizations whose projects have been supported and remind those whose projects were rejected that they can revise their applications and apply for the upcoming 1832 Calls.

We would like to extend our thanks to the Board members and reviewers who contributed to the project evaluation process.

Firms can access the latest status of their project proposals through the project information page on the eteydeb.tubitak.gov.tr website.

For accepted projects the support letters, the reimbursable support contract, the project contract, and its annexes; for rejected projects, the detailed rejection explanations will be sent to the firms' KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) addresses. The printed contracts will not be sent to the firms. Instead, the firms will print one copy of the contracts attached to the support letter, sign it, and send it to TÜBİTAK via post/courier.

The opening date for the Eurogia2030 Spring Call 2025 is 5 January 2025. The details of the call are given here. 

The Spring Call is open to SMEs, Large Enterprises, Research & Technology Organisations (RTOs), and Academia. Turkish participants will be supported under the 1509 - TÜBİTAK International Industry R&D Projects Support Programme. According to the 1509 Programme rules, only companies can apply directly to projects from Türkiye. Universities and research institutes can participate in projects as subcontractor.
