Collective Research Network (CORNET) 39th Call is open for applications for proposals to realise further international research projects for the benefits of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The deadline for the submission of project proposals is 26 March 2025. 

CORNET combines existing national or regional funding programs and brings together financial resources from two (or more) countries/regions into one project budget.  Project consortiums should involve at least 2 partner countries, and the international application must include three stakeholders from each country:

1. R&D and innovation activities must be carried out by the research partner (higher education institutions, training and research hospitals, public institutions and organizations within the scope of the Higher Education Law).

2. Project topics must be determined by an SME Association in line with the needs of SMEs. The task of the SME Association is to determine the needs of its members and ensure the dissemination of project outputs.

3. An SME User Committee consisting of at least 3 SMEs must be defined in applications. The SME User Committee is expected to direct the project team and increase the efficiency of the project.

Within the scope of the call, a national application must be submitted as well as an international application. International application should be done through the CORNET Submission Tool. Higher education institutions, training and research hospitals, public institutions and organizations located in Türkiye can apply through the TÜBİTAK Submission Tool.

Cornet (Collective Research Networking)  39. çağrısı ile küçük ve orta büyüklükte işletmelerin (KOBİ) rekabet öncesi kapasitelerini artıracak ihtiyaçlarına yönelik kolektif projelerin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir. Söz konusu çağrı ile desteklenecek projelerin KOBİ ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda akademi ortağınca gerçekleştirilmesi, çıktıların ise birden fazla KOBİ’nin faydasına olması ve çıktıların yaygınlaştırılması beklenmektedir. 

26 Mart 2025 tarihine kadar açık kalacak olan çağrı kapsamında en az 2 üye ülkenin yer aldığı iş birliği projeleri desteklenebilecektir. Uluslararası başvuruda her ülkeden üçer paydaşın yer alması gerekmektedir:

1. Ar-Ge ve inovasyon faaliyetlerinin araştırma kuruluşuortağı (Yükseköğretim Kanunu kapsamında yer alan yükseköğretim kurumları, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları) tarafından gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. 

2. Proje konularının, bir KOBİ Şemsiye Kuruluşu tarafından ihtiyaca göre belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. KOBİ Şemsiye Kuruluşu’nun görevi, üyelerinin ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek ve proje çıktılarının yaygınlaştırılmasını sağlamaktır.   

3. Başvurularda en az 3 KOBİ’den oluşan bir Kullanıcı Grubu tanımlanmalıdır. Kullanıcı grubunun, proje ekibinin çalışmalarını yönlendirmeye ve projenin verimliliğinin artırılmasına yönelik katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.

Çağrı kapsamında uluslararası başvurunun yanı sıra ulusal başvurunun da yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu kapsamda, Türkiye’de yerleşik yükseköğretim kurumları, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri, kamu kurum ve kuruluşları başvurularını http://uidb-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr/ adresinden yapabilmektedir.

The Applied Quantum Technologies Call, which was open from  1 February 2024 to 9 May  2024, under the Eureka Network Projects, has been successfully completed with the participation of 16 countries, including Türkiye.

In parallel with this international call, a national call with the code 1719-Eureka Quantum Technologies was opened. A total of 5 project proposals were received from partnerships consisting of capital companies, higher education institutions, public research centers and institutes, training and research hospitals, and research infrastructures within the scope of Law No. 6550.

As a result of evaluations made with national and international funding organizations, it has been decided to support 3 projects.

We congratulate the organizations whose projects have been supported and remind those whose proposals were rejected that they can revise their applications in collaboration with their international partners and reapply for the call, which is planned to be opened in a similar time frame in 2025.

Eureka Network Projeleri kapsamında 01 Şubat 2024 - 09 Mayıs 2024 tarihleri arasında açılan "Uygulamalı Kuantum Teknolojileri" (Applied Quantum Technologies) Çağrısı, ülkemizin de dahil olduğu 16 ülkenin katılımıyla başarıyla tamamlanmıştır.

Bu uluslararası çağrı ile eş zamanlı olarak açılan 1719-Eureka Kuantum Teknolojileri kodlu ulusal çağrıya; sermaye şirketleri, yükseköğretim kurumları, kamu araştırma merkezleri ve enstitüleri, eğitim ve araştırma hastaneleri ile 6550 sayılı kanun kapsamındaki araştırma altyapılarından oluşan ortaklıklarla toplamda 5 proje başvurusu alınmıştır.

Ulusal ve uluslararası ortak fon kuruluşlarıyla yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda, 3 projenin desteklenmesine karar verilmiştir.

Projeleri desteklenen kuruluşlarımızı tebrik eder, ret kararı verilen kuruluşlarımıza ise uluslararası ortakları ile irtibat halinde başvurularını revize ederek, 2025 yılında benzer tarih aralıklarında açılması planlanan çağrıya tekrar başvuru yapabileceklerini hatırlatmak isteriz.

The results of the 1501 Industrial R&D Projects Grant Programme 2024-2 Call, which aims to encourage Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) to carry out R&D qualified innovation activities and to increase localisation in the required technology areas by improving their R&D capacities, are announced.

The scope of support and contracts for accepted projects will be sent to the KEP addresses. Organizations must sign the contracts according to the information note sent and send a copy to TÜBİTAK. The reasoned rejection decision for rejected projects will be sent to the organizations' KEP addresses registered in the PRODIS system.

Kabul edilen projeler için destek kapsamı ve sözleşmeler KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir. Kuruluşlar, gönderilen bilgi notuna göre sözleşmeleri imzalayarak 1 nüsha TÜBİTAK'a iletmelidirler. Reddedilen projeler için gerekçeli ret kararı ise kuruluşların PRODİS sisteminde kayıtlı KEP adreslerine gönderilecektir.
