Teknoloji Transfer Ofisi Başkanlığı, 278 sayılı Türkiye Bilimsel ve Teknolojik Araştırma Kurumu Kurulması Hakkında Kanun’un 4. ve 21. Maddelerine dayanılarak Bilim Kurulu kararı ile Nisan 2016’da kurulmuştur.

TTO Başkanlığı’nın amacı kurumun sahip olduğu fikri mülkiyet haklarının ve sair hakların koruma altına alınması, ticarileşme süreçlerinin belirlenmesi ve bu kapsamda transfer süreçlerinin yönetilmesidir.

TTO Başkanlığı aşağıdaki birimlerden oluşur;

1. Fikrî Mülkiyet Müdürlüğü,
2. Ticarileştirme Müdürlüğü,
3. Mali İşler Müdürlüğü.

TÜBİTAK Science Fairs Support Programme has been launched and the first call was published in 2013. This program aims to accelerate the dissemination of scientific culture therefore supports the secondary and high schools to organize Science Fairs in their schools.  The Ministry of National Education and TÜBİTAK signed a protocol in 2015 for activities to promote the development of the science culture of students at secondary and high schools. The main purpose of this programme is to raise awareness about research techniques, reporting, and presentation skills among 5th-12th grade students, and to encourage them to carry out scientific studies and contribute to the development of their scientific approach skills.

Since 2007, the Science and Society Support Programs run by the Science and Society Directorate have been supporting projects that aim to carry out scientific activities for different segments of society, from preschool children to undergraduate students and teachers. In this context, the application deadlines for the calls for Science and Society Support Programs, which aim to improve science culture and communication in society, have been extended.

Applications for the program will be submitted via http://bilimtoplum-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr until 13 December 2024 (17:30 UTC+3).

2007 yılından bu yana Bilim ve Toplum Başkanlığı tarafından yürütülen bilim ve toplum destek programları ile okul öncesi dönemi çocuklarından lisans öğrencilerine, öğretmenlere, toplumun farklı kesimlerine yönelik bilimsel etkinlikler yapmayı hedefleyen projeler desteklenmektedir. Bu kapsamda toplumda bilim kültürünün ve iletişiminin geliştirilmesini amaçlayan Bilim ve Toplum Destek Programları çağrılarının başvuru süreleri uzatılmıştır.

Programa başvurular http://bilimtoplum-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr adresi üzerinden çevrim içi olarak alınmakta olup başvuruların tamamlanması için son tarih 13 Aralık 2024 (17.30) olarak belirlenmiştir.

Since 2007, science and society support programmes carried out by the Science and Society Directorate have been supporting projects aiming to carry out scientific activities for different segments of the society, from preschool children to undergraduate students, teachers and teachers.

In this context, our programme, which was opened in 2022, aims to raise awareness of individuals with special needs, to facilitate their integration into society by providing support to these individuals in education and independent living, and to ensure the dissemination of scientific applications for these individuals.

Some of the innovations within the scope of the 2024 call period:

• Adding +1 additional point to project proposals whose participants are only individuals with special needs

• Updating the amount and scope of support

• Adjustments made in the assignment quotas

• Updating the conditions for being an executive

• The assignment criteria applied during the application has been amended. In the same call period, a person can apply to 4004, 4005 and 4007 Programmes of the Support Programmes Directorate while applying to 4008 Programme. 

Applications for the program will be received via http://bilimtoplum-pbs.tubitak.gov.tr with an electronic signature until 10 January 2025 (17:30 UTC+3).
