INFORMATION ABOUT TECHNOLOGY
Patent numbered TR2009/02959 based and titled “Long Shelf Life Yoghurt” is about the isolation, identification and characterization of bacteria from artisanal Anatolian yoghurt samples for the production of yoghurt having a shelf life of at least 3 months and traditional sensorial qualities.
